This is easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in town. I was given inconsistent and misleading information about the Switch 2 midnight release. I was told multiple times, including in person earlier that day, that the store would be open from 12:00 AM to 12:30 AM for pickups.
I got off work at midnight, drove straight there, and arrived at 12:22 AM — well within the stated time. The store was already closing. A manager (I believe her name was Veronica) looked at me confused and said, “What’s up, buddy?” I explained I was there for the Switch 2 launch, and she just replied, “Nope, we just served the last person, come back tomorrow.” No apology. No accountability. Just a dismissive brush-off.
That interaction alone felt unprofessional, but what really sealed it for me was the complete lack of communication. This store never answers their phone. I’ve called multiple times, gone through all the menus, only to get dumped into voicemail or hung up on. And when I went in the next day? The store was completely dead — so clearly, they weren’t too busy to take a call.

They don't seem to have any regard for customers whatsoever. They leave their customers no recourse but to post complaints on social media, because inquiries about order status go completely ignored by customer service. My order sat in "processing" status for 3 days before I finally cancelled it, and on more than one occasion I sat on hold for over an hour trying, in vain, to speak to an ACTUAL human being. When I arrive they told me that I had to wait till11:00pm and when ask who told me that I told them what the person looked like. They then looked at me like no one like that worked there. As o was telling them this the person behind me said they were told the same thing by one of the other managers. As we stated our agitation anther costumer walked to get his copy and stated he was told the same thing yesterday.
