McDonald's — Restaurant in San Marcos

I really hope management at this store see’s this and shows they actually car about there customers by responding... so anyway let me start by saying I work for doordash I doordash full time and that’s how I make my living and feed myself. I can’t pay my bills or feed myself if your employees refuse to make the doordash orders I receive . I drove all the way to your McDonald’s location from Escondido because I received a large order at around 2:00 o’clock in the morning. when I arrived I was told by two employees (they where young white males in there early 20’s maybe younger) that they did not receive the order . I bickered back and forth with them but they kept on telling me they didn’t get the order . I could tell they where lying . It was a really large order and they didn’t fill like making it late at night. So I call doordash support to resolve the situation and your employees refused to answer the phone . THIS isn’t the first time this has happened to me either. The same employees did it to me last time to I remembered them . This location is the only store out of the whole Escondido/San Marcos area that I’ve had problems with . No other stores do this and claim they didn’t receive the doordash order. That’s how I know there lying for a fact. management at this location should know those two young boys you have working there late at night by themselves aren’t doing there jobs and aren’t making takeout orders...

Customer Beware I don't know how they can be paid so much and be absolutely incompetent. While i was waiting 25 mins at counter, zero acknowledgement to figure out my 45$ wrong order, they messed up 8 other orders, 2 people just walked out without their order. My 3 fillet o fishes no tarter sauce, my 3 large fries atleast an entire Shaker of salt when I asked for light salt, my 3 Patty's just the meat, nothing else, just meat, they put atleast an entire onion on each one, I literally tried to wash them with water, the food was not edible and not small mistakes, this has happened twice, all they will offer is to replace my food, customer service is rude, refused to give a name, but demand a name for replacement of food, manager was even ruder. Needless to say I am out my money and my food. And watching them work, I was definitely concerned about food safety, sanitation and transferring food allergy,... like they did putting onions on my Patty's. This McDonald's has employees that show they appreciate their customers and they make sure even after you are at your table that you have everything you need. The food was good and unchanged for years but had an old standby breakfast of egg McMuffin. The employees and remodel are what stood out in this visit for me

2/21/22 update: long line in drive-thru so decided to go inside and there was a line in there and though it wasn't long it wasn't moving and then I realized that they are extremely short staffed. So we ordered on the screen that are all available but we couldn't pay there so then we had to stand back in line to pay. Kind of pointless to use the screen when you end up having to wait in line to see the clerk at the front anyhow. They brought our meal to the table and everything was fine. Staffing seems to be the biggest issue but if they're going to have kiosks they ought to have a way for you to pay at the kiosk and then just head to your table with...
