Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in San Marcos

I’ve been order drinks from this location for the past 12 years. I’ve gotten the same drink the entire time, medium age buster add strawberry’s and blueberries. Today when i ordered my drink, the girls working there told me i wasn’t going to get all of what i paid for. In all the time I’ve been ordering this drink, they have always given me all the ingredients in a large cup due to me adding the extras. Today they told me it is new policy that they throw away the extra instead of giving me what i paid for. The new owners are the ones who supposedly are implementing this new policy according to the shift manager. Literally watched the girl take the rest of my ingredients to the back sink and dump it down the drain. Talk about bad policy. Very Disappointed!!! Pricess are not cheap and you pay for quality food. I bought an acai bowl and they iced down the acai. Very angry when I took the first spoonful, it was ice chips like a raspado. If I wanted a raspado I would of gone to a raspado. The taste of the acai was water down didn't taste like the real thing. I bought this to take it to go and I had an important meeting to go. If had the time to go back I would of gone back and got my refund. It's just so un professional to water down your drinks and bowls with ice specially when they are not suppose to have ice like the acai bowls. I buy this bowl every where across San Diego and none of the places have they iced down my acai bowls. Very angry!! Never will I ever buy from this place!!!!!!!! No stars...

Came in to order just a celery juice and was charged an extra 50 cents for lemon- when I asked why I was being charged for lemon when I was technically removing several other ingredients that would come in a pressed juice with no extra charge I was given attitude by a large lady with scary eyelashes and terribly bleached hair.
