Accessibility: there are a few handicap/accessible parking spots in front of the building with a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors. Inside there is a good amount of space to move around In, and they have a single, any gender bathroom, also with a heavier pull door. The drink station to fill up your own soda or get straws and lids is actually very tall so you would need to ask for assistance in reaching those if you are in a wheelchair or not tall enough to reach. As for seating, there are wheelchair accessible tables inside and outside to eat at.
Masks: no employees or guests were wearing masks when I came in on 3-28-2022.
Food: the food and cookies were good. They had everything available. The only big issue I had was their new lids; wow their lids are impossible to poke straws through. I had to actually cut open the hole of the drink lid to get my straw inside, no joke. They should fix this.

When I asked him to unfold the crumpled up wad of turkey he was putting on my sandwich he said "oh does it taste better like that?"...... Of course it does. He didn't toast it completely, it was super soft and they didn't hand me my food. I had to reach over the counter to get it after the cashier just walked away. Also the sweet onion sauce tasted and looked old. Just avoid this one and go to the one...
