3/13/24 around 7:10 pm I ordered 2 subs online. I was waiting I'm my car and when the app said the subs were READY. I got off my car and went inside to pick it up.
I walked in and said "I'm here to pick up 2 subs then I said the orders name"
This employe / guy said ""Oh there's 2? I forgot to make the second sandwich I'll make it right now I'm sorry"" but how can he forget ?? when he has the oder receipt.
I responded ""Its fine I'll be back in 10 min and I walked out and left"" .... 4 min later I get off my car and decided to wait inside subway instead.
Minutes later. The employe/ guy tells me ""Here's your order"" and hands me the bag.
I leave the store and go to my car.... and as I'm checking my subs making sure he did it right. Out of no where the guy / employee his standing next to my window of my car and accused me of taking an EXTRA SUB... accusimg me of taking the first subway he made for my order" Obviously I got mad because I didn't take it.. he didn't even handed it to me when I first walked in. After he said he supposedly forgot to make the second sandwich I left and waited to get both together obviously I responded back to him & thankfully my boyfriend was in my car too. (Which he didn't not expect)
He didn't get much to say after that but ...what if I was alone?.What would of he said or done?
I wasn't parked infront of subway either. I was on the other side of the parking lot too. The fact he knew the car I was in (is like wow to me)
I don't write reviews but I'm not gonna let someone disrespect me in my personal space when I'm inside my car and accused of me taking 3 subs basically.. ridiculous... he didn't pay attention reading the order right in the first place he didnt pay attention clearly when I was inside subway then he has the audacity to come to my car and accused me taking 3 subs in total.
Because I bet if I were a dude he wouldn't have gone out his way to WALK ALL THE WAY TO MY CAR & APPROACH ME OVER A SANDWICH.
Check your cameras** Because I only walked out with 2 footlongs in one bag that ONLY FIT 2subs IN ONE BAG AND I PAID FOR IT .... and he handed it to me.

I was providing lunch for a non-profit residential healthcare facility residents and the Birthday 'boy' chose Subway. We ordered 9 sandwiches online for pickup. When picking the lunch up, one of the bags was wrong giving us 3 wrong sandwiches.
I returned over an hour later with the wrong sandwiches (having to arrange lunch for those we do have and other work responsibilities). Upon returning to Subway, the correct sandwiches were still sitting on the back counter (no refrigeration nor heat, but didn't register that because I needed to get back to the residents). The Subway on-site staff apologized. I asked for the sandwiches and a refund, the staff calls her supervisor and the response was a free 12". I accepted and took the additional sandwich, then hurried went back to work.
Needless to predict, the 3 old sandwiches were funky smelling and the bread had begun to stale. I couldn't leave them again and had to find another solution.
Whoever was on the other end of the staff's phone is the 'pretentious thief' I labeled at the beginning. The "free" sub can't cost more than $1.50 (before labor), yet we lost 3 lunches and had to pay out more on 3 additional lunches, gas, and staff ourselves.
Treating people with insulting cover-ups as cheap corporate bullies.
Never again.
Update: (the next day)... The/A regional manager swiftly and professionally did his best to rectify the transaction described above after completing the survey request via online receipt. Thank you to the good persons who listened (read) and acted immediately...

I thought the girl was very Rude and certainly not trying to help me. I was trying to tell her about a Advertisement on TV, about 2 Sub sandwiches and she wouldn’t listen. We don’t have it! That’s what she kept saying and I thought she was Rude. I know, they don’t offer what’s on TV, it’s usually a App on your phone and I’m not sure how to get it on my phone!
I have to say, they are usually not helpful, this wasn’t the first time and it wasn’t like the Store was busy either!
I hate going in that store, but I really wanted a Sub Sandwich! She reminds me of someone who is really unhappy with their Jobs. This wasn’t the first time either. I ended up leaving and went across the Street to Del Taco.
I was really looking forward to my sandwich and was also ordering for someone else, to bring home, but I left, without ordering.
I was walking and it was very Hot today! Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time, this has happen at this store. It wasn’t like I said anything, maybe she was having a bad day! I feel, its like someone who’s unhappy with their Job. I left and went somewhere else!
I feel, the Supervisor or whoever was in charge, needs to be careful how they are with Customers. All I did, I was trying to ask a question!
