Tldr; good ice cream, bad customer service, possibly cheated: I'm not one to generally leave reviews, but the lack of customer service and/or employee training tends to leave a noticeable viewpoint of a business, and a sour taste in my mouth. I do not purchase ice cream very often, but when I do, I tend to return to places with a quality product, or try new places time to time, to see if they are good or not. I will start out by saying this is some of the better ice cream I have eaten in a while, not the best, but likely in the top 2 or 3. It also melts properly, despite some of the reviews I've seen, so long as you get the real "cream" ice cream, instead if the alternative dairy free alternatives that they supply for people with dairy intolerance. Now to why I am leaving a fairly bad review... despite the ice cream being good quality. Upon walking in, the place was dead other than 3 people sitting at a table outside eating their ice cream and chatting. The kid behind the counter was engrossed on his phone, but looked up and put it away upon me acknowledging him. I said it was my first time there and needed to look over the menu, he said if I had any questions he'd be able to help, which he wasn't able to when asked. I wound up buying 3 pints of ice cream for $36, a bit overpriced, but I figured I would try 3 flavors there at least once. Fyi, I do appreciate the price listed on the wall was the exact price charged, $12 pint x 3 = $36 total. I paid cash, $40, $4 change, but I noticed on the credit card pad that it said I had eared 180+ points and that my next visit I would get a cone if I spent just 20 of those points. I questioned the kid about it so I could sign up and receive the points I just purchased, but he said someone else must have input their number before I arrived, so they received the points instead, then he started scooping up my pints, turninghis back to me. I then attempted to, and then asked for assistance to sign up so I could accrue my points with their membership, but was then told that was not possible since the purchase had already gone through. I again tried to register for a membership and was told no, but I could come back with my receipt next time and could get my points then. I informed him he never gave me a receipt, and then was told I couldn't get one, despite me purchasing the ice cream minutes before, and not another customer walking in after me. I was told, "but you can come in next time, sign up, and receive points then"... but not now. Generally I leave a $5-$10 tip, minimum, anywhere I go, but nothing went in the tip jar this time. Simply put, great ice cream, but your management needs to step up their game, despite me enjoying the ice cream quite a bit, I will...

Saw this place reviewed on Google, it was only about 15 minutes from the house so after JR decided to take the kid to the car and roll on over there and see what’s up. Now I don’t know the area I’m not familiar with it but driving through it. It looks like there’s gonna be a lot of condos and apartments being built there kind of a live work thing where the first floors are all restaurants and shops and above it are all residential units so there’s some construction going on right now so be careful driving around.

So we got there parking was pretty tight. It was about 7 PM and there was a short line we went inside. Everybody was super friendly no pictures. You just have to read on the wall. What flavors they have. I got Minh and my son got cookies and cream with Oreo in it, they were both really delicious and super creamy. This creamy was definitely worth a tip. If you get just a small one scoop that should be plenty for most people. I saw some dude order two scoops and he looked like he needed a wheelbarrow to take that outside. Lol.

The staff could be more friendly and if you give them your phone number, you can earn points every time you go there. Not not sure when I’ll be back. It is kind of a drive away, but definitely special occasion take it there. There are benches and a checkerboard and tables so you can eat your ice cream there’s very little seating inside the...

I am so obsessed with the San Marcos location. My family and I have only been to that location this entire time and if it weren’t for the Delmar location, I would give them a five star review. I was so prepared for the level of excellence that Marco has brought so long that after going to the Delmar location, I was just utterly shocked to be honest. The entire environment was so gross, dirty floors, and dirty tables. I had to use the restroom and their bathroom was a supply closet was a toilet size of my toddlers mini potty. Grab all boxes to cover the windows, A smashed paper towel dispenser, no soap and the closet was so tiny that my face literally was in the mop bucket just to be able to pee. I wasn’t super impressed with the staff at the Delmar location either whereas San Marcos location they always go above and beyond and so kind. I just would hope you have the same level of excellence at all their locations which bummed me out but as far as the ice cream goes, I’m never...

Just found this spot which has great flavors, non-dairy options, and great value for the price. There is plenty of parking nearby since there is a parking structure, and there is some outdoor seating. They are socially distanced and do require masks and offer hand sanitizer at this time. I got a regular size ($6) which allows two scoops. I chose mint chocolate chunk and cookie butter(non-dairy). Both flavors were delicious. The cookie butter was lighter to the taste and the mint chocolate chunk overpowered it's flavor slightly, but both flavors were rich and easily finished. I also tried the root beer fudge cake flavor which was also amazing. Usually I don't eat desserts / dairy often, as it gets too sweet for me. I can't even finish a single scoop at coldstone. However, these flavors were light enough for me to finish and enjoy to the end. I'll definitely come back.

Totally amazing! I happened onto this place last week, and boy was I happy about it. I had the peanut butter chocolate and the chocolate covered strawberry. Both were delicious. Scoops were generous and the price was reasonable. I am hoping to be able to take my family back with me to try it out. I went at 9 pm on a Tuesday, and there was a line out the door several parties deep going down the sidewalk. It moved pretty quickly, but I'm just warning you to plan for a little bit of a wait. Other people know how good this place is. So you're likely to have company. Enjoy!
