I will only be able to Rate & Review my experience at this Papa John's based on the X (-10 visits since Jan. 2023) amount of times I've walked in here to pick up a Delivery (DrDash & UberEats) .
I will def say that they have always been Quick & Complete every order they've handed to me without any regrets.
I have seen a huge improvement on the Customer Service aspect of the establishment ever since Jan.2023 by NOWADAYS getting greeted w/an inviting smile & welcoming attitude and "Hello or How is it going" vs. a rude "Can I help u.... " or The Chirping of Crickets, etc. from whomever is working the register & handling the hand off. 🙏🏻Thank You !!!!! 🙏🏻

You will notice in "My Top 3" that initial interaction is valued at #1 or #2 because All of Us knows when walking into a restaurant or smaller grocery store and You are NOT acknowledged (within at most 15 sec 's) due to employees too busy mingling amongst each other it is not going to be instant 360 & Exit but it definitely does highly affect the End result of your visit & importantly whether U may or U may not want to revisit going forward.
It's unfortunate I do not receive orders more frequently from this PJs (which is centrally located on El Camino w/equally short distance to S.Mateo/FosterCity/S.Carlos).
Maybe that'll change soon enough, especially since They are the only one w/fast, reliable, worth the $ versus the other somehow still surviving* restaurants in that one block length Strip. (*My opinion only,not the public)

I started laughing, thinking what type of guy sends out a wrong order, and calls to ask if it is ok? I told him I'd call him back after the delivery. I mean I'm thinking if he's that dumb he would spit in my pizza if I ask him to remake it. So they not only delivered the wrong cut it was the wrong pizza as well. After 60’ I called to ask what happened and a guy with an attitude told me I should have ordered by phone, that wait times are a lie and that I would get it when I got it.
