The worst Starbucks I've ever been to I've been coming here for months every single day and the workers there have been undercover very rude to me most people wouldn't notice but I do then recently they lied to their manager and said that I started a fire outside and I was very rude to them so I was 86 today I could not believe this the manager did nothing to see what happened from my end all she said was they have the right to refuse service and they kick me out I cannot believe Starbucks allows them to treat customers this way I go there every day and spend at least $5.25 I really hope I hear from the district manager to see if I can get this situation handled properly because what they did to me is unacceptable especially when they are tainting the Starbucks name I have many friends in the community especially PD and the fire department I am going to tell them all about what has happened here along with all my friends and family and no one will be coming back the manager especially is unbelievably unprofessional I don't know how she got this position she did not even want to hear what happened or how theylied and slandered my name saying that i started a fire with my cigarettes what kind of manager does that no one i know thars for sure it was like she enjoyed kicking me out shes just an evil person and then until if allthis she had the nerve to say she was sorry when I'm sure even you can see that she was not. I wouldn't be surprised if she lies as well to cover thus unexceptable behavior ibwill not let the few emoloyees n manager get away with this as u have ) been in contact with corp HQ and the district manager who is very niif I were you I would go somwhere else go there trust me you'll be much happier! This is sad too bc almost all the staff there is great and very friendly so we got along great n had many nice conversations. I hope this helps and you go somewhere else because I know that when I go to get coffee it's usually to brighten my day not put a damper on it!.. and they're Starbucks within 2 miles eadh direction....
Read moreThis location is in its flop era. Pretty sure the way they are posting their current menu is not meeting legal requirements.
This location is the victim of a botched remodel. My three recent visits have been uncomfortable. I’m used to how things used to be here. Now, service is slow and the drinks don’t taste right each time. Feels like this location is leaning into its “grab ‘n go” redesign. Makes me feel like handling anything more than that is a hassle for them, making it a hassle for the customer. Not worth trying to resolve subpar experiences. On top of that, I recently stood in line watching a very inappropriate situation between a barista and a customer. The barista at the register last night was mistreating a customer who was having trouble communicating. Sure, the customer had specific needs and it took more than 38 seconds to end the encounter, but the barista spoke to the customer in a way that made me think, “nobody would get away with talking to my mom that way if I had anything to do about it.” The customer was an older woman. The situation was cringey. It wasn’t my place to step in and try to ease the perceived tension. I’m just a customer. It seemed like the other baristas didn’t know how to handle the discomfort they were sensing. I won’t choose to give my business to a place that seems to employ someone who unloads their feeling in a bigoted way onto someone trying to buy something… that was way too severe for what I understand as simply trying to buy a caffeinated beverage.
I guess others are satisfied when they’re just dropping in to pick up a mobile order. Sign of the times I guess. I’ll spend an extra thirty minutes and go out of my way to...
Read moreAs a former Starbucks shift supervisor who has worked at multiple locations over the years, I’ve always had a deep empathy for baristas and the challenges of this job. I know what it’s like to be on the floor during a rush, to deal with entitled customers, and to still try to bring kindness to every interaction. That said, I’ve never encountered a Starbucks quite like this one.
Despite living near the Woodlake Shopping Center for a few years now, I actively avoid this location—because not once have they gotten my drink right. I’ve let it slide many times, understanding mistakes happen. But this morning was the last straw.
I placed a simple order and walked a few blocks home, only to find (yet again) that my drink was completely wrong. When I returned and calmly explained my frustration—not just with this visit, but with the consistent issues at this location—the person on register became instantly defensive and argumentative. Instead of simply remaking the drink and moving on, she chose to escalate the situation and talk over me.
What’s worse, I had ordered a falafel wrap because I don’t want meat. My boyfriend ordered the chicken one. They got switched. I ended up taking a bite of chicken before I even realized it. When I tried to bring this up, I didn’t even get the chance—because the person at the register was too busy arguing with me about the drink.
In all my years as a Starbucks employee, I would never have tolerated this kind of behavior on the floor. This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s complete disregard for basic decency. I decided not to call the employee out by name, but I hope this serves as a warning: Treat people with respect, and do your...
