McDonald's — Restaurant in San Rafael

I have been going to this MC Donald's for over 35 years The people at this location like most MC Donald's don't speak English. I some times have to wait 5-10 mins to order and they make me wait when a Togo driver come up to pick up an order. The last 8 times i went to the MC Donald's i ordered a sausage and egg MC muffin with bacon added and each time the sausage was left out and i had to walk in to get the item fixed. When drive thru was added to the store we used to order then part in the parking lot and eat and now you cant they removed the garbage cans its almost impossible to get a parking space. They have been allowing the neighbor to park there cars so there is no place to park. When asking them any question there are not friendly and when you ask them a question more often then nought they just pretend to not speak English even though i know they can. They have a soda machine that just tastes like garbage its a one fountain fills all and so each time to order a drink it does not taste like how you expect it to. This MC Donald's is now the worst store i have been to and i am just tired of the bad service and quality of all MC...

The slowest McDs I’ve ever been to. Visited around 4pm to get dinner for my kids on my way home. There was no line. My order was on the larger side - 40 nuggets, two fries, three burgers, so I get having to wait and they asked me to pull into the pickup area. No problem, that’s a lot of nuggets! Then two more cars pulled through and I sat there for ten minutes, watching them send cars in a circle through the drive through over and over again. There was a really distinct pick up truck going around and around so it was definitely the same couple cars. I waited almost fifteen minutes for my food to come out to me. Just picked my order up from your McDonalds store! Yesterday I had gotten the same items from other McDonalds and was given 6 peel off chances every time but today when I pick up my order I was only given 3 peel offs for the monopoly when I bought 6 different items for it! When I had asked the male employee handling the window at 12:40 pm on 10/08/25 he said it only comes with three with an attitude. As I started to drive off I watched him put the other three peel off into his pocket! This is completely unacceptable and unfair to the customers paying for these items when it shows they will be accompanied by the monopoly peel offs. Please make it clear to all employees that this...
