When I got to McDonald’s and went through the drive through, the lady didn’t speak English well enough, so when I ordered my drinks they mistook it for something else, and when I got to the window she did not want to receive my code from the app, then when I got to the second window, they tried to give me drinks I didn’t order and when I told them that they were the wrong ones they told me to go back around and make another order for the correct ones and pay again, and they told me to move from the drive through because there was a line behind me and because there were people behind me, then they told me to just go inside and make another order. When I got inside, I told them that they made a mistake and that next time they should put someone who knows English at the window.No one wanted to make my drinks, TERRIBLE SERVICE. But what really stuck out to me here was the fact that the staff started to make fun of me in Spanish to my face. I'm a born and raised Californian and can speak Spanish. I don't know which was worse talking s* about me or assuming I didn't know what they were saying. First with the good: this location is super conveniently located adjacent to the freeway and the staff are nice. Now for the bad: they did not understand me when I ordered at the menu board and so the man had me pull to the window to order. I had to repeat myself multiple times and he eventually repeated my order correctly. This literally took over 4 minutes. Then at the pickup window, they gave me the wrong order twice. I did not want to create a scene and have my frustration morph into anger, so I finally just took what they gave me. I would never have this location as my first or second option.
