Ordered a pepperoni pizza, add pineapple (doordash). The pizza arrived with no pepperoni, only pineapple. I called and asked if they could remake it and I'd drive down. The woman I spoke with started FIGHTING with me saying that the “order showed a pepperoni pizza with a note saying no pepperoni”. I told her I didn't write any note when I ordered, and that doesn't even make sense.. selecting a pepperoni pizza and saying no pepperoni? Again, I reiterated that I'd bring the pizza back if they could just remake it. She refused the request to remake it and repeated multiple times (talking over me too) that the receipt said no pepperoni. Thankfully a man got on the phone and apologized for the miscommunication, and said they'd remake it. My friend brought the pizza back and the woman barely acknowledged her, and said that she very forcefully grabbed the pizza box from her as she handed it to her. And when the new pizza was ready, the only thing the woman said to my friend as she handed it over was “bye”. The way the woman spoke to me and handled this situation is enough for us to never order from this location again. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review but she was so incredibly offputting that I want to warn others.

Read more2 male employees or friends of stared and talked about me as I politely placed my order. They were at a table but hold on. I waited at a corner table to avoid it but still got it. It was rude and became creepy. Then, the order taker went and hugged one of them and chatted. I went to my car and scrolled while waiting. The creep or employee and order taker also came out and stood by a truck. I looked up after a few minutes and the employee or friend of was staring at me straight on while leaning back on the truck. I went in to get my food and the energy from the kitchen was hateful. I looked back and he was still staring at me with an evil look. I thanked the server for my food and he said nothing and went and sat with the other employees or friends of. I left & threw the food in the trash. That was my second and obviously last time. The first time, the order taker had such an attitude that the white guy tried to cover it up with stellar service. Thank you, for the reminder not to get junk food. Its sometimes served by junk people. I hope you get into a higher vibe so you don’t take your stuff out on people who politely pay for food while minding their own business. We'll not lately. My order was a Uber delivery, on time by the driven. No fault here. The pizza was uncooked, raw meat and the vegetables luke warm. I called and drove back to the store, asked for a new pizza and got half the amount of toppings in my pizza and the service was not pleasant, surprised since Amanda is usually so friendly and upfront. They where all whispering at each other in the back about my order. Last time I go there for a while. Lost me as a customer.
Update 10/19/200 I got an email from the owner quickly that day offerings to make things right. And asked for suggestions and additional feedback.
