On a rainy day, my friend and I stumbled upon Thai Food Express, in San Rafael, in search of something warm to eat. Upon perusing the menu, the waiter highly recommended a specific soup with orange broth, claiming that it can only be found at this restaurant. Read moreThis place is a total rip off. They charged me nearly $23. for a small soup and white rice. They also tried to charge me $6.80 for a 6 oz. Thai iced tea. Accidentally ordered from here but will never go there again. Diner beware! I was happy to get a Thai Tea 3x’s the size for $5.00 at...
