Arby's — Restaurant in Sand Springs

Worst Arby's ever. Three different times, I was able to watch an entire episode of Family Guy while waiting in the drive thru that 9nly had 2 cars ahead of me, again, on 3 separate occasions. Also, don't ask for sauce, you won't get it. Fries are NEVER ful, ever, and I mean halfway full is lucky. Plus, if I deliberately say "No" to a large sized meal, and you charge me anyway? Get real. I gave this location more than enough chances. They overcharge, take way too long, do not listen or care about customer complaints, and illegally up charge customers while making them wait 30 minutes minutes cold and overpriced food. Whoever runs this place is a disgrace.

EDIT: Couple of years later (02/13/2025) I decide to give them another chance. And turns out fries are cold when I get them. Then, they forget to give the drink. Then I discovered that they handed out the wrong sauce even though they confirmed what I asked for, twice. I called to let them know and get, "um okay sorry". So no, I'm sorry. Done with this place, there are better Arby's to go to. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt but I should have just learned my lesson...

Horrible service. Went there as a splurge after a hard week at work, asked for extra sauce when I ordered 5 sandwiches, they gave me 5 sauces & no napkins. They were insanely rude didn’t ask how I was doing, tell me to have a good night, flat out rude did not care at all about my experience & then the managers was insanely rude too when I called back to let them know what happened, she did not apologize & was laughing. There are way too many Oklahomans out of work right now to not give a 100% at your job, be courteous & do a good job when your at work. There are plenty of people that would appreciate that job & excel at it with humility. Those ladies working tonight obviously do not respect their workplace, the mission statement of the restaurant or the customers that go there. Please Arby’s here kind & good workers to work there. I live close by & love to eat there on the weekends. Arby’s you are...

I would give this location 5 stars but the management in this location was horrible. It was a total shame to be out in the lobby with my children and husband and listen to her scream and yell ant her crew because they had fallen behind. I was a manager in a fast food restaurant for 4 years and I am one to totally understand that it gets frustrating and you can fall behind and get busy but you should never speak to your crew in this manner. Also I asked for sides of banana peppers and the same manager sarcastically said NO THAT IS RIDICULOUS! I asked her why and she ignored me and gave them to me...well her crew member did. Food was great management horrible. Will not return...
