Hoden Ramen & Sushi — Restaurant in Sand Springs

Run, don't walk, to Hoden Ramen & Sushi in Sand Springs. My wife and I agreed this is the best ramen we've ever had. The beef ramen had an outstanding savory flavor, and the tonkatsu ramen was wonderfully rich. The ramen noodles themselves were high quality and the soft-boiled eggs were perfect. We didn't get sushi tonight, but I saw them deliver several orders to other tables - it all looked fantastic.

This was my first time trying this place and let me tell you it DID NOT disappoint. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was amazing we had the Spicy Beef noodles soup, Philly hand roll, chicken fried rice, teriyaki steak bowl. Everything we tried this time was delicious. The Ramen was the best I've had in the past year of trying several places here in the Tulsa area. The Sushi tasted so fresh. So if you like sushi and Ramen definitely give this...

When I want ramen in sand springs this is where I go. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen. It came with three pieces of pork chasu with a good sear on them. The two tamago eggs were creamy. The noodles had the just right amount of bite. The broth was flavorful and spicy. Also included was ample amounts of corn, woodear mushrooms and bamboo.

In the future I might add more noodles. While there were plenty I think a few more would have been...
