While BRAUMS is my favy ice cream place & one of my favy fast food options with fresh & tasty foods, I had to come back to change this review. My first visit here was great, as expected from BRAUMS, however my 2nd visit was my last to this location. I pulled up to the drive thru to order supper quite late after a long day & a lot of driving in the heat, around 9:30pm. I ordered my combo with a chocolate shake for my drink. There was one car in front of me & one behind me, totalling 3 vehicles & no one in line inside. The car before me got their shake & went on. I got my combo but had to pull forward to wait for my shake. Meanwhile the vehicle behind me gets their food & goes on. I sat there, literally until 10:00pm waiting for them to make one chocolate shake...thats 30 minutes to make one shake. The guy came rushing out with it in hand apologizing for it taking so long & I could tell by his reactions my shake had been made for a while & sat on the countertop for quite a while while I was forgotten about patiently waiting outside. By the time I got to my final location & to eat, my shake was melted, my fries were limp & cold & my cheeseburger looked like it had been setting for quite some time & the bun was stale. Read moreIt pains me to leave a negative review as my family has been patrons of this location for the last 5 or 6 years.
The service and food here used to be exactly what you’d expect from Braums, but for the last several months we’ve been beyond disappointed.
Why would we keep going back if the service was bad? Well, simply put, we’d hoped it was just bad days.
When ordering ice cream our waffle cones have been stale and on the off chance we got our order quickly, there have been consistent errors.
These errors are exactly the straw that finally broke the camels back. Tonight, much like every other night we’ve ordered, we had to “pull around” to wait for our food. After waiting around 15 minutes a very polite young lady brought our order out and apologized for the delay. Not wanting to waste anymore time we drove off. After making it home, we discovered our order was completely wrong. One of the orders was ordered with an allergy in mind (no cheese), yet there was cheese on everything. Our food was cold as well, and after spending almost $40, here I am.
Sadly, I think this will be our last visit here. Hopefully whatever the struggle is here gets worked out, and they get back...

I told her it was two separate orders & I need two separate receipts. She gave ONE total. I reminded her I needed two separate receipts. She never acknowledged my request, "Just drive around." I KNOW how it ends up with this type of person. They do one receipt then tell me they can't undo it now because it is already rung up (even when I TELL them I need two separate receipts). I get to the window and sure enough, they quote for both orders. I say again, I need two separate receipts. "It is two separate receipts." she said. I said "No, neither one of those orders is that much. I need two separate receipts." Trainer got very condescending, talking about me having a bad day, blah, blah. Finally got my order with two receipts and trainer said, "I hope you have a better day than you're having now." My day was hunky dory until this condescending, trainer.
