May have just lost a regular. I managed coffee for 4 years in Tulsa I understand the safety of staff and that is priority when there is inclement weather HOWEVER… we got to your drive thru from mannford at 11:10 when it was just lightly dusting snow we maybe moved 6 cars from 11:10-11:40. We were told the store would be closing due to weather and if the line moved quick enough we would be good to go to get our order taken… 2 cars before the window we were told closed due to the weather couldn’t be helped because of how quickly everything was freezing.. listen.. staff safety again is priority but to the 2 people behind the car at the window who had been sitting in your line for 35 minutes they should have been helped then shut down. It would have maybe taken an additional 5 minutes to get ourselves and the guy in front of us taken care of.. this store is typically always slow and we always have patience and are always very understanding but today was the breaking point. If you know your closing early due to weather close your line with cones so it doesn’t continue to grow and help the people who were in line prior to closing your drive thru...
Read moreI rarely write reviews and I debated on writing one or not. If you don't know there is a problem you can't fix it.
I love Dutch Bros. I think they are way better than Starbucks. I tell everyone to go there and I have never had a problem until yesterday.
They made my order wrong. No big deal. As they were fixing it the lady told me they were gonna have to up-charge me cause I wasn't charged correctly. Asked why it cost more than what I usually pay and she said she didn't make the prices. I asked when the prices went up and she said she didn't know. You work here and you don't know your prices? She told me I was being rude and she didn't have to deal with me. When my drink was ready she set it down on the counter, walked away and didn't tell me it was mine. I asked if it was mine and she said, "Yes, have a day!" What does "have a day" even mean? Either way I said, "Thank...
Read moreMy niece and I always stop to get a coffee on our way out of town.. This visit we stopped at the one in Sand Springs. I always order a small sugar-free mocha with protein milk and extra ice. I don't know if the locations make their drinks differently but we normally buy our coffee at the one in Sapulpa. The one we got in Sand Springs definitely did not taste the same as the one I get in Sapulpa.. And when we made sure our order was the same as it was when we gave it to the gentleman standing outside they acted confused about mine being sugar-free.. They said the one they gave me with sugar-free but I'm not convinced! We love Dutch Brothers but we will probably stick to the...
