Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sand Springs

A while back I went to this location pulled through the drive through and first there weren't anyone in the line and there as only one employee inside. The manager was outside smoking infront on the curb the handicap parking space. She came in and proceeded to tell me that I needed to call in my pizza order from now on bc they don't do hot and ready anymore. I said you should have signs that say that. She pointed up to the sign above me and said that they were getting signs and that she wouldonly do this one time and I said I knew she was not telling me the truth bc I have never had an issue. A man who gave me my pizzas was filthy. He had nasty finger nails and stained up wrinkled clothes and when he handed me the pizzas he basically shoved them in my hands and walked away. Then I pulled around to leave and instead of throwing boxes with pizzas in the trash can they were throwing them on the ground. And I went to Wal-Mart after that and noticed the manager and another employee smoking pot out back! But on a positive note there was a African American man who was so friendly and sweet the last time I took my grandmother to get her a pizza on January 3rd. He told us to have a wonderful day and had a smile in his face. So I will only go to little ceasers during the day and until the manager (I think her name is Ashley) is either terminated or wrote up I will not be coming in the evening. My children which I have 7 love little ceasers and they get pizza at the end of the week if they've been good at school or we have family night. I would love for someone to contact me about this issue and it be dealt with. I have photos I can email you of the trash and pizzas on the ground infront of the dumpster. I would give this location a lower rating if possible. Worst Little Ceasers I've ever been to! I order online. I have kids and it's difficult to wait. Order is never ready nor do they EVER have crazy bread. They claim they are out. I paid online for it and they would not refund me my money. I argued with them and eventually when they noticed I wouldn't take no for an answer the guy made me the crazy bread I paid for. Therefore they have their product the workers are just to lazy to make it! This is not the only time this has happened. Crazy bread is basically the only thing my son eats so I order 2-3 times a week. Everytime I go to sand spring's this is the story I get. They are always rude and hateful and act like you are inconveniencing them by being there! My fiance went in once and the lady huffed and rolled her eyes because he asked for something that wasn't ready. I email corporate but of course they never reply. Which is probably why there are so many problems with this location because they don't care! So much easier to go across the river and pay the same amount at cheezies for better pizza and...

Not sure what is the issue at this location. This is the 2 nd time we have tried to get a pizza. Today 8-21-24 around 5:30 pm ... only one in drive thru no one waiting inside.

was told an hour wait on a pepperoni pizza (that is supposed to be already made) when I asked why I was told the day shift didn't make any pizza dough. The same thing happened last month when we tried to order.

This place use to be good. Forget calling ahead they don't answer the phone. If your not behind someone already being helped in the drive thru they will ignore you.

I think someone from corporate needs to step in. From reading other comments this is becoming the norm. Sand springs is small without very many options. We don't need this place closing down due to lack of caring kids operating it. Never see the same workers anymore.
