KFC — Restaurant in Sand Springs

The food was horrible. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. My sandwich was dry and they tried to hide it by adding way to much of the sauce. Cole slaw was way to watery. The store was messy and that's because they weren't busy at all. So no reason the store should look messy. It should be looking so clean that the manager and employees should be tired from working not just standing around. Now the girl who took my order is in tbe wrong business. She was great. Did her job like she is supposed to. Great job on her. But I have to say I'm done with this kfc here in sand springs. Not only did they make my wife wait 45 to take her order a couple of a weeks ago but this under cooked chicken can kill or hurt someone. I'm glad I looked at it before. Or I'd be in the hospital. I hope the franchise owner is seeing this or corporate gets wind of this (doubt it) but let's hope they take there job serious and maybe just maybe they can be productive kfc employees. Just because this is sand springs doesn't mean we don't...

This kfc has consistently been an issue. The lady taking orders at the drive thru sounds rude and pushy. As soon as you pay they rush you off to the parking lot wait for your food. And tonight i and the person were told to wait in the handicapped parking spaces which are in front of the building. I had a nice view of the kitchen where after waiting for much longer than necessary i saw a bucket placed in a bag along with another bag. That bag of food sat on the counter for about another 5 minutesor longer before i decided to go in and check on my order. Just so happebed to be my bag of food. When asked what i ordered i told them and she reponded oh its this bag it just came up. And i put some cookies in there. When i got home my order was wrong. And there were no cookies. So she lied to me twice. On top of that there was some spicy sauce on rhe tenders and my kids couldnt even eat it. I live 30 minutes away from this place so for me to get back out to deal with this is an absolute pain. I do not recommend this...

I give 1 star only because I cant give ZERO!! Unbelievably disappointing!! Came in at about 7:30 pm Saturday night. We were 4 of 6 customers in the whole restaurant. The staff were pleasant taking our orders for 4 people. We waited for about 20 minutes. Unusually long for "fast food". The floors were sticky walking to our table. The lights inside the restrooms were very dim. 2 of us ordered the 3 piece combos. Smallest chicken legs I have EVER seen! All chicken pieces were soaked in grease! My wife used to absolutely love the KFC Cole slaw. This was no where near the slaw that KFC is known for. My order of sweet corn was very dry, like it had been left out for days and then reheated. Our chicken sandwich was COLD! If it weren't for the fact that we had been traveling for 8 hours, I would have demanded my money back and went across the street to Taco Bell. This is 4 people that will NEVER be back! Probably never eat at any KFC again because of this...
