Well this place has started to dictate how many packages of sauce their customers can use. They apparently think their tiny packages are enough if they give 1 or 2 of them which is literally just a little squirt of sauce. I love Taco Bell and like most people who enjoy Mexican food, I can't eat it if I'm not allowed to have enough sauce and I don't appreciate having their employees telling me how much is enough for me. Then they get rude when I request more than 1 or 2 of them as if it's weird to want a decent amount of sauce. I've never been to a burger place, for example, and been told how uch ketchup I can have or get treated rudely for wanting more or even had to ask for it. I prefer Taco Bell and go there a lot but I'll be going to Taco Bueno until this place gets new management and isn't petty about something as ridiculous as sauce when they are a Mexican food establishment. Also, train your workers better because they've cheated us multiple times on our drinks as well giving us mediums when we paid for larges. They don't correct their mistakes and get an attitude when you show them your receipt. My bean burrito also was only half full of the beans so it was mostly an empty tortilla. It's sad what this particular Taco Bell has become.
I've been a regular customer for 20 years at this location, but now since they're dictating how many packages of salsa one person can get, I'm giving my business to the other places nearby. Some of us like more than a tiny squir of salsa which your packages Taco Bell are a joke. People who love this kind of food typically like a lot of salsa and you've always had an issue ordering enough of the mild salsa which is obviously the kind most people want. You always have more than enough of the other kinds that are not so popular so why not learn from this and simply order more of the mild salsa instead of suddenly deciding to act like dictators and telling your customers how many packages they are ALLOWED to have? You have a lot of nerve to assume you know how much each individual person will need for whatever item they've bought. We left and went to Arby's where my son was able to ask and receive exactly how many packages of ketchup he needs for his taste. They didn't act like it was an imposition or give any attitude. You have lost a weekly customer over 5 packages of your precious salsa. I won't give a business my money if they refuse to even honor how many packages of salsa can have since your good is gross frankly without a lot of the salsa. I wonder if it's just the Sand Springs location being ridiculous or if it's all Taco Bells but I'm finding out. 🤔 Also, customers beware they don't even have salsa inside in the holders anymore since they're acting like it's gold and making people beg for it like its more priceless than even their drinks which are still outside of their counter so you can...
Read more7/18/25 The last two pictures the little tiny thing is a Taco Bell taco and you can see on the wrapper the other one is the Del Taco Bell better get their self together cuz this is pretty pitiful and the difference. It's a good thing Del Tacos aren't taken off too fast Taco Bell would be in trouble. Feel your tacos up!! Update they brought back the maxima and the tostada and I love both of them they gained a star for each so they're up to three stars but at 10:30 in the morning the restaurant is ridiculously cold it says the heat is running on the thermostat but it is in the low 60s in this restaurant right now made it uncomfortable for eating. One problem is they haven't changed much on putting actual decent amount of food take a look at this burrito it's all tortilla and nothing inside hardly Went through the drive-through to check out the new melt taco and a Burrito The $2 menu somewhat of a request and the taco was absolutely horrible the shell was not even cooked and was crumbly and I couldn't even eat it without a fork. And that's not good for the drive-through the burrito was almost all tortilla I got a couple of pictures of it and it's disappointing if Del Taco never comes to town then Taco Bell is in a lot of trouble
Meat is what?? I'm back. Bell you need to step up your food. Del Taco is in tulsa and their shells are fresh and FULL. My tacos today at sand springs bell were a 3rd empty. Y'all can't even compare. My meal with tax was 9 + bucks. At del taco it would have been a feast. I like taco bell but y'all have hot cheap. My burrito was mostly tortillas and lettuce. I'll eat your chicken and steak cause your fillers in your meat is taking over. I here more dels are coming. I hate to see you fail cause your quality and shorting on Ingredients shows your true colors. Make your meal deals worth what you charge!! Portions suck but some chicken...
Read moreI know no one really cares but it makes me feel better, and who knows it might save someone else some headaches.
Both instances took place inside placing a to go order. I go inside because they never give you enough mild sauce in the drive thru, "because they can only give you 3 packets per order".
Last week I waited inside for 30 minutes before getting a refund and leaving. When I left I noticed that the drive thru was cleared out compared to the 8 plus cars that were in line when I first got there.
So tonight, I made it a point to count the cars that passed through the drive thru as I sat and waited inside. Tonights order took 25 minutes to complete. The drive thru line was not backed up into the parking lot as it had been the week before. However, the number of vehicles that passed through the drive thru was 11. 11 cars pulled in to the drive thru AFTER I had placed my order and 11 cars left the drive thru before I received my order. Tonight there was even a to go order placed inside AFTER i had placed my order and even that to go order placed inside (just as mine was) was completed before mine was. So in all, 12 orders placed after mine were completed before mine.
10/10 would not recommend; will not be back. Again, i know no one really cares, but at least i got to...
