Yes, I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza from them. I am 4 months pregnant with severe morning sickness and it was 8pm at this point, the cashier confirmed to me at the window this is what I ordered. I got home and there were no pepperoni's on the pizza. they refused to do anything about it at a later date, due to the fact that their policy is for me to waste more of my time and gas coming up there at this instant to replace a pizza that they messed up on. I will no longer be their customer and I order from them A LOT. The manager was very rude when speaking to her on the phone. She basically said that it was okay to lose a customer.
I called back and spoke with Shannon which is supposedly the Assistant Manager, I'm not too sure how she got that position. But, she yelled at me, a customer, told me she didn't want to hear what I had to say. She wouldn't let me speak and it was a horrible customer service experience. I guess I will take my time and drive across town to Little Caesars where I know I will get the customer service experience that I deserve. I order pizza from them usually every other weekend. This is the first time that they've ever messed up my order.
When I first called the girl acted as if I were lying, and told me to peel the cheese off with my hands, hot cheese at that to see if we were just too stupid to notice there werent any pepperoni's on it. As she told me to check for the pepperoni's she said "she'd wait" all rude. Then wanted me to waste my time to come back down there. I don't care for another pizza, hell we'll eat this one, I just want my money back for the pepperoni's that's not on it, I don't want a free pizza. But, if she would have let me speak she would have understood I wasn't looking for free food. But, most companies like to keep customers and they don't treat the like that.

Called back up and a guy answered the phone he asked for my name and phone number I gave him both and then told him I had called back that the first time I had been put on hold for 30min not a apology or a reason as to why I was left on hold and yet I could get threw immediately the second time no instead he mumbled something I repeated that I called back after being put on hold and when I was about to ask why he inturupted with a I didn't ask that I asked for your name for your order. I asked for a manager and it was the very person who put me on hold. And she was just as crappy she didn't say sorry we forgot you or sorry we got overwelmed and failed to answer no she told me that her buddy just wanted my name for the order. I got pissed and started telling her that this cheezies sucks and that her customer service sucks. And she started getting hatefull. So lady if your reading this no matter if the customer is loud you don't get loud if the customer is treated wrong you apologize And let them have their rant you are the manager you should aim to make the customer happy you should take the momment to listen to complaints and then solve them not become...
