Super bummed about our experience at this place. My fiancé and I went for dinner and I’m fairly sure they forgot we were there. It was busier when we arrived around 6:20, so we both were in no rush (we worked in the service industry, we know how it is). Our server got our drink/app orders and then did not return until she was delivering our app 30min later. We wanted to get our entree order in much earlier but our server did not check on us at all. So we put in our entree and second drink orders when she delivered the app (around 6:50). We hung out for another 40min, at this point my fiancés beer was empty and again, no one came to check on us. At this point, half the tables around us were empty and the other half that sat much later than us were getting their food. We continued to wait until 7:50, so 1hr after ordering our entrees, and then my fiancé went to the bar to check on our food and get another beer. Our server’s response to the question on if our entrees were almost done was “oh your app?”. She returned 5min later with my side salad and claimed our proteins were still being worked on (over an hour after ordering). We received our food a little after 8pm. There were so many opportunities for the service to turn around. Had we just been checked on when we had empty drinks or visited before our app arrived to get entree orders, that would have fixed it. If the server would have came and apologized for the long wait or recognized that maybe we were forgotten about, that would have fixed it. We both ordered upcharge sides, drinks, and an app, yet nothing was adjusted on the bill to attempt to fix the experience. We were excited to check this place out but unfortunately can’t recommend it after the...

This is the 2nd time I have visited this establishment. It's a smaller place but quite cozy and has a "wrapped in a warm blanket in front of a fire" feeling. As you enter there is a heavy curtain to pass through as to not blow cold gusts of air onto patrons seated at the bar! The ceiling is decorated with hundreds of tap handles which helps with the sound dampening and cozy effect. The lighting is dim and soft and the music is unobtrusive and enjoyable for most any taste. It's very hard to explain but, sort of like upscaled elevator music of the 70s and 80s genre.

Service is very friendly and personable and the food is excellent! You can tell they use quality ingredients. They have local elk, use Wood's burger (also local), and have a decent selection of beer with a few rotating taps. The buns aren't your typical fluffy Franz style but perfectly grilled and hearty. The only thing I wish is that they were more generous with the fries. The chili was good but the bowl was more the size of a cup. No leftovers to bring home here but definitely worth it for the quality. This is also one of the only places you seem to be able to get non-chain restaurant quality food later at night. We will...

As soon as you walk into Eichardt's you think to yourself, "Yes! This is exactly the type of bar I was looking for." Great atmosphere, friendly faces and the food coming out of the kitchen looked scrumptious. My wife, son (10) and I were there on a Sunday night to grab a beer and something to eat. My son got the grilled cheese and fries, wife got a veggie melt in a wrap with salmon and I got the chicken parmesan with a side salad. I'll first tell you how amazing the food was. Everything that was brought out took a bit longer than expected but the wait was worth it. The food was delicious. By the way, I had a Star Dust IPA to compliment my meal which was delicious. With that said, my wife never got her salmon in her wrap and I begged them to BURN my son's fries, which came out limp like regular fries. I could have sent it back but I didn't. Everything was blamed on a "new cook". As a customer, I don't care to hear about whose fault it is, I just expect it to be right. I don't want it to sound like my review is encouraging anyone to stay away. On the contrary, I think this place was awesome with a few minor setbacks. I would...

We cannot believe we have never stopped here until today. The venue has a great crusty vintage vibe to it with alot of decor to check out. The PEZ display, the tap handles on the ceiling and the signage. I enjoyed the blackened halibut tacos today and chose the ceaser salad as my side. There was plenty of spice on the fish and the tacos were packed with avocado and veggies. The salad was tossed in a delicious dressing that both myself and co-diner thoroughly enjoyed. He chose the mediteranean chicken sandwich and said it was delicious. After reading other reviews, I chose to sample a small order of garlic fries. They were quite tasty as well. I chose a couple of brews from the draft list... the beers weren't ice cold, but they were tasty. There were other diners enjoying their fare as well and the conversations were flowing over the food and libations. This establishment appeared to have a local following and a SPOKANE patron following as well. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the service was great. We will definately return to this top rated venue! Thank you for a great experience!
