DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH
We ordered our drinks like normal. My friends ordered 2nd out of the 6 of us. We all got our drinks within 10 minutes, except my friend. She asked several times for them to hurry up with her drink, because we were in a rush. All the barista said every time we asked was that they were doing everything they could. They were doing everything EXCEPT making the drink. We asked about it a few minutes later, and we got the same response. By that point, we were late and our group was going to leave without us. One of my other friends had to "yell" at the barista to get them to give us the drink. All they had to do was put the drink in the cup. IT WAS JUST SITTING IN THE BLENDER! I don't remember her name, but the barista was from Bulgaria. I'm not saying it was her fault, but she was the one we complained to until she gave us the drink. By the time we left, we were 10 minutes late. They clearly do bot understand what "Can you hurry with this, we are in a rush" means. We had to wait 45 minutes to get our drinks and mine was halfway gone by the time my friend got hers, and I ordered a Venti! Would not reccomend going here if you want to wait for a while for...
Read moreLast visit was great, we were served by the person with purple hair (Dani? I think). They were very kind and friendly. But last week I came in and was faced with a really rude cashier. I wasn’t aware Cedar Point didn’t take cash anymore (PUT UP A SIGN), and the way she told me was so aggressive and unnecessary (“We never accept cash, that’s the POINT of the entire exchange”) which made no sense for me just say sorry we don’t take cash. And while she started canceling the order on the screen she covered the pin pad for some reason?? Like i was gonna pull something? IDK she just made me feel embarrassed, like I was doing something wrong by not knowing. I just walked away, but I should’ve taken down her name...
Read moreService was beyond slow (in their defense it was clearly a training day) however the baristas did not know how to put the order in the computer, interact with the customer, or know any part of the menu. These things could clearly be trained to the staff prior to them interacting with the customer at the register. We waited over 15 minutes for 2 lattes in a nearly empty starbucks location. I would advise to get your coffee outside of the park, if you can. In terms of order outcome it was light on flavor...
