Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sandwich

This, in MY opinion, is a difficult place to find, difficult to get into the parking area,& Worst of All is the Drive-Thru!, pheww what a place to get into, Never mind GETTING Out, for Only when there's someone wanting to go into the small mall area and they HAVE to let you out, in order for them to turn in, That's When you're Lucky enough to get Out. Oh Yeah Can't Forget about the opposite direction, AGAIN Luck of the Draw! Customer Service, None working today had Any idea abt. the Valentine's Day Gift Bags, No price tag, when I inquired about the price No One had any idea how MUCH they were. So I said they must be FREE, "OHH NOOO!" the Girl behind the counter yells out, almost before I'd finished the word, "free,". In the WHOLE store,there was,ONLY, One Stainless Steel, HOT, Travel Mug. But it was in a Gift Bag, I asked if I could buy it for that was the ONLY HOT Travel Cup Available & it was with a bag of Ground Flavored Coffee. The person I was getting the Travel for drinks Regular coffee Not Flavored, they also prefer the K-cups for the Keurig, WELL, NEEDLESS to say, BUT, NO SALES, Were made,today! The look of the Store INSIDE&OUTSIDE, is the Redeeming Quality! It's Gorgeous, well maintained, Clean, Spacious and Inviting for a couple to sit& have a Hot/Iced Coffee with a quiet conversation! Didn't get my receipt, had to ask for my donuts from the person who took my order. Drive through was prioritized for several orders before I was addressed in the restaurant. My snackin' bacon was cold, and there was ice in my nitro cold brew which there's not supposed to be. Spent over $4 for a small coffee and only got half of what I should have for coffee. I spent like $20 total and my son's frosted donut was thrown upside down in the bag and then the 2 glazed sticks on top of it. No napkins were provided. Took 7 minutes to get my order (2 orders of the waffle crusted chicken tenders). Once I finally get my order I drive off and hand the food to my 3 year old, he takes a bite and tells me it's hard and yucky. Never would I have thought the chicken tenders would be FROZEN! All the tenders I ordered were FROZEN! This is unacceptable, I drove back and asked the DD employee behind the counter to touch the food and she said " they are frozen".
