Old lady with greasy hair said my card was declined . After an embarrassing situation made worse be her. She said loudly your card was declined. Meanwhile a long line was forming. She clearly was not running it right. After trying 2 cards to no avail I left without my things. I went home called my bank to see why both my cards were declined. Funny story they were never processed . She did put the sale through to process, nor did she press ok after using my password . My bank had no record of that transaction. Please get better trained help. I will never step foot in that store again. Also please ask her to wash her hair . She looks super filthy at the register. Avoid this dollar store...

This individual store is a toxic workplace. Store manager is underqualified, denying employees company provided training as an avoidable expense then bullying them when their lack of training conflicts with her modifications of store policies. Corruption is incentivised to make numbers more perfect than reality could ever be. The store manager expects co-operation with slavery, unequal dependencies, dictatorship, and cult idolatry. The cashier unfortunately rang up a item for the woman in-front of me twice.. ok no biggie. She called over the manager (blonde middle aged woman) to ask for help voided the duplicate scans. The manager proceeded to tell the cashier if she does it again she will be fired.. I was in linewith about 6 other customers..everyone heard the remark!
