Today visited for the first time and absolutely disappointed and shock. The stuff extremely rude and dont follow their own policy. I went there 4:20pm and they already close i knocked cuz they still had 10min before closing the store i ask the stuff if i can grab something real quick which she responded to come back tomorrow and i told that i came from far away and they still have 10min left which she responded she have to go to her appt for hairdresser and its all the way to Mashpee so she have to drive all the way there and its far so she have to leave now all i can say i was shock. After loosing my dear friend, I was given her sawing machine that is a very up to date "Cadillac " and after many attempts of threading the thread,i was stock and remembered that she took classes at thumbleweed,so I called them and explained my situation. I was told to come down with the machine and I would be helped. Well let me tell you that the ladies were incredibly helpful and in 15 minutes I was on my way out and all set with a mini lecon given with compation,kindness, and very professional. I was so excited to visit this shop, but I was so disappointed with the staff. While I was in the shop not one of the three workers said a word to me. They didn't say hello, or welcome to the shop, or are you looking for anything in particular. Nothing. I finally said hello to the women at the cutting table. They barely acknowledged me with a hello. No further conversation ensued even though I wandered around the store several times. Maybe it was just a bad day for everyone there.
