American Deli — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

Def don’t trust the bad reviews. I almost didn’t come because of them but lets be real there’s not many late night options in this sleeping town. i came to the drive thru at 11pm on a monday night. Man im so used to get bad service at all the fast food joints around here it was like a fresh breath of air to actually get good genuine kind service. wish i had the workers names but there were two mexican ladies and a cooke and they all looked happy, smiled, were very kind and courteous

The food was fresh! I got two burgers and boneless wings and everything was fresh and good!

Each time I’ve gone in w/ the exception of one my service wasn’t good. Last night I went in and ordered, they made my order wrong, but it was about 8:45 and they closed at 9. The lady said “I mean do you want this or your money back” I wanted the correct order, but they refused to make the order half and half, but mixed medium and lemon peeper together. I received a refund, but I won’t be back. They obviously thought I didn’t speak Spanish, but I do and my children do also. Heard every word said and I let them know. I will NEVER go back. Hey hey y’all already know this location is open till 5 am in the morning!!!!!! Drive through is open!!!We just visited and the experience was amazing, food was delicious, we had the rice and wings with fries, everything was amazing .
