Very disappointed in the customer service here. I ordered for take-out online and all the orders were bagged and tied on the counter without identifiable receipts. There were other patrons picking up, so I tried to clarify which bags were mine and the employee pointed at 3 bags that were "mine". I come home to see that the entire order is wrong but my family is no longer willing to wait at this point for me to drive back. I called to get a refund and they refused since they said I had wrongly taken a more expensive order. I explained that these were the bags that they gave me, and it wasn't my fault or choice that I had taken home the wrong order. They still refuse to give me a refund and questioned why did I call late instead of apologizing to me. At this point, I just wanted to be done and accept that they weren't taking fault here. I hang up only to get a call back from them accusing me of not paying for the food. I paid online through their website on Menufy and even paid in person to add extra hummus. This was a careless and irresponsible accusation to make to a customer. Didn't expect to get gaslighted by a restaurant! I used to love coming here, but I will not be coming back after...

Only ever been to the Marietta location in East Cobb area and usually just do take out. This is by far the best $10 lunch you’ll find anywhere and my apologies to those reading this in the future if the lunch special increases in price. It’s a good amount of food and for someone with a robust appetite like myself, it’s a perfect portion. I don’t usually need dinner when I eat here for lunch. I have gotten the meat combo, chicken, and veggie business lunch specials and can vouch for them all. I would be confident that just about anything on their menu would be well prepared. They have a house made hot sauce that is really terrific so ask for it if it doesn’t already come with your meal if you’re into some heat. Their pita and tzatziki sauce is AMAZING. I want to order a quart of that sauce and use it with everything I eat. Bread is always soft and warm. I dig this place! Second order and I will be back for more! Update: went back for more and was just as impressed. Tzatziki sauce is good I want put it on EVERYTHING. Hummus is delicious, pita is perfect. I AM IN LOVE. Also, I am not why these other reviewers are complaining about quantity. They give you TONS OF PITA, HUMMUS AND TZATZIKI and their gyros are enormous.
