My recent visit to this location involved a mobile order placed through the app at 8:18. Upon my arrival around 8:30, my order wasn't prepared, which I understood. However, despite waiting patiently at the designated pickup spot, no staff approached me to inquire about my order status.
After approximately 15 minutes, I approached the register and informed the cashier about my order. Regrettably, despite assurances, there was no progress. It took an additional prompt from another team member for the original cashier to acknowledge the issue, which could have been communicated earlier.
The subsequent confusion about the order's location was a result of inadequate clarification and delayed resolution. While I acknowledged my oversight in the location selection, I requested if they could still prepare the order, given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was declined by the manager.
As someone with prior managerial experience at Dunkin, I believe accommodating such situations is feasible without undue strain on resources. It was disappointing to observe disorganization impacting service efficiency. The excessive drive-thru wait times and overall operational backlog were concerning.

Eventually I gave up and I just had a sausage croissant I believe because everything else that I tried to order at that time of morning which is about maybe 10:30. They were out of it. It was the strangest thing. Another thing that annoyed me with hair is I like the fact that they kept the place clean. However, what kind of ruin it for me was the fact that the person that was cleaning at the time is spring cleaner all over the floor while you got customers inside which is heavily scented, and two. Person was spraying around the ground where we were eating. They sprayed our feet by accident I'm sure but that is annoying. Plus the whole fact that they kept sweeping around us and sweeping around us and sweeping around us at least wait till we move to finish your cleaning task. Other than that I have to say the munchkins were delicious. The croissants they were okay. It wasn't what I wanted. But once again the munchkins were the star of the show. Read moreThis is not only the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, it is one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. I've been to this location around 5 times, and each time has been a disaster. I cannot believe that people like the employees that work there actually exist. Every time I go, the employees are screaming at each other, fighting, texting and on their phones, and blatantly ignoring customers. I've seen them get into full out screaming fights and threaten to hit each other! There have been multiple times where I've waited and waited for my order, and then one of the employees will FINALLY look up at me from her phone and rudely ask me if I needed anything. I'd remind her of the bagel I ordered 15 minutes ago, and she'll realize she completely forgot to even make it at all! It's just unbelievable and almost laughable. My food is always stale, my bagels are always under-toasted, and I truly cannot wrap my mind around the fact that the people working there are even employed at all.
