Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

Drink no longer comes with the Moe Monday deal … no wonder the place was empty and sad looking … also the bowls are different, they size is not very deep, it’s so shallow it looks like a plate, not a bowl … this isn’t inflation it’s just pure greed and price gouging … supply and demand will eventually catch up with Moe’s … as is the case today, a Monday when it’s normally packed and thriving but since they took away the only good thing left which was the Moe Monday deal … and that’s really sticking it to the customers that spend their Mondays at Moe’s for lunch … this will be my last time here sadly, as I will have to go elsewhere or pack my own lunch … in summary a double whammy slap in the consumers face = no more moe Monday deal (took away the free drink) and the shallow, plate like bowls… also it used to be a long time ago that the moe Monday deal came with guacamole and they stopped that too so I’m stopping my visits all together … also it would of been nice to know about this update beforehand somehow, only to find out when at the register … really? No drink? It’s got to be the cheapest cost item in the restaurant and they want you to pay $3 for that now… nope not me… scratch Moe’s off the list people … it’s no longer worth...

I rarely eat at Moe’s & decide to check out the new spot today. I felt the manager was rude to me & spoke to me like a child. When I placed my order along with 2 kids quesadilla meals. While the quesadilla was being made the guy ask if I wanted chicken I said sure. When got to cashier was being charged for 2 regular quesadilla. I nicely said those were kids meals. She then asked the manager what do about issue. She told him that I asked for kids quesadilla. He then rudely said to me they are training & you have eyes right??? You seen them making it I’ll only charge you this time for kids meals. Then explained to the worker make sure you ask for regular or mini. Then has he was walking away he said they are training but you know better. If I didn’t already have a migraine & have my 2 small kids with me I would have made a scene. But he wasn’t worth my energy today.. I just want others to be aware of the poor customer service by the management. It was unacceptable for Manager or owner to speak to someone like that. I CAME TO THE GA 400 NORTHRIDGE EXIT ROSWELL RD MOES ON 4/11/23 AROUND 5PM. I PLACED A MOBILE ORDER FOR A VEGETARIAN BURRITO. I'M HAPPY THEY HAD ALL THE INGREDIENTS THAT I WANTED IN STOCK. I ALSO REQUESTED TORTILLA CHIPS AND A SALSA ON THE SIDE THEY GAVE ME A GOOD AMOUNT OF CHIPS AND A EXTRA SALSA CUP, THANK U MOES EMPLOYEE FOR THE EXTRA CUP. OVERALL THE TASTE AND THE AMOUNT OF FOOD WAS GREAT. THE. PRICE WAS LITTLE TOO MUCH AND THEY SHOULD ALSO HAVE A JR SMALLER BURRITO SIZE AS WHAT I THINK THEY DID IN THE PAST. ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS WHO I INTERACTED WITH WAS GREAT. STORE IS CLEAN. THE STORE COULD BE LITTLE BIT LARGER AND LARGER OUTDOOR EATING AREA FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO EAT OUTSIDE OR LIMIT EXPOSURE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS. PARKING IS TIGHT. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW REMODEL.
