Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

After multiple experiences with this Pizza Hut I have learned that I should never go back. They have messed up our orders 9/10 times and have been beyond rude with their customer service. To elaborate on one experience... we ordered via their online portal because every time we have ordered over the phone our order has been incorrect. 45 minutes after our order was placed they called us to discuss our order. Immediately upon answering they placed us on hold. Once the employee finally returned to the call she informed us that all the orders had been wiped clean and it would be another 45-50 minutes for our order to be filled. My girlfriend was being very understanding and kindly started to cancel the order. Once the employee heard we were cancelling, she hung up immediately while my girlfriend was mid sentence (wishing her a great night might I add).

I have been ordering Pizza Hut for years and this location has been the only one to show they truly don’t care about anyone they are serving. I will order from the Hut again, but not from this location. If you want to roll the dice on your family dinner, go for it. Strongly advise against giving this location the time of day. I’ve experienced the same issues when ordering in person. No desire to service the individuals...

is seriously ? This pizza store closes at 12:00 am I arrived at 11 an hour before I wanted to be an order but the boy who was there when I said it was going to be an order he made a horrible face as if I had bad breath and hence I realized that he had bothered to want to make an order ,,, I asked him if there was any problem and he aggressively told me that it was too late the way he looked at me really forced me to cancel my craving to order ,,, the guy was like origin Afro-American ,,My last opinion would be this, if he doesn't feel like working, I don't know what he's doing there, stealing money from the store owner and scaring...

Writing this review to remind myself to NEVER order from here again. Placed a future order to pick up at 6pm. Got there a few minutes after 6 and did not get my food until 6:18pm and it was not hot.. what in the F. The reason for the future order was because I did not have the time to wait and the order was paid for in advance. I did not get an apology, nothing but unprofessional employees who need to wash their uniforms and order them in their correct sizes. NEVER AGAIN. Pizza Hut you need to do better and take note from Chick Fil...
