My Daughter and I came to this location for drinks and pastrys. My daughter ordered her drink and a pastry ; she wasn't sure what it was and I explained to the cashier (who refused to give me her name and I didn't get a receipt for my order); anyways we both wanted a cheese Danish, the girl told us they were crossaints after I said a Danish with cheese. She gave us crossaints and when we told her that's not what we wanted she said she would not take them back. Manager said that she was going to throw them away. I spoke with the cashier to let her know she gave us the wrong thing and she proceeded to say she wasn't stupid that she knew what a Danish is, after that I asked to speak with the manager and ask for both of their names. At this time the one who said was the manager said she would exchange them if we paid the price difference. I said I have no problem with paying the difference. Turns out there was no price difference. This could had been resolved so easy, we didn't touch the crossaints all they had to do was switch to what we ordered, instead they decided to give us the worst customer service I have ever expirenced. While still in the drive thru I showed the cashier as well as the barista the picture asking āis it not pink?ā. The barista insisted this is how it comes but Iām not sure why Starbucks would just lie about how their drinks look? Ā Ā Ā Read moreProbably the worst starbucks I go to. Itās convenient for me because itās by my work and school, but they are just awful at getting orders done within a reasonable amount of time. They are frequently getting orders wrong (mine and other customers Iāve seen) and taking SOO long to correct their mistakes. Today, I waited fifteen minutes (past the time they said it would be ready) for a mobile order of a sandwich. A sandwich. They ended up getting it wrong and made me wait longer. I regret coming to this location and wasting my time when I had an appointment. I know this review wonāt do much, but I thought Iād give my two cents.
