Sweet Chilli Thai has the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in a very long time, and THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!

Thank you sooo much to the manager Bo and Chef Apple! You all went out of your way to accommodate my food allergies without me even being present in the restaurant. Sooooo many thanks! I truly appreciate it.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I ordered via Uber Eats. I ordered the Pad See Ew and made all kinds of additions to the point that I don’t even know what I ordered anymore, honestly. 😅 Anywho, I placed my ordered, they adjusted the price by a few dollars, and I didn’t think anything else of it.

Once my food arrived, I opened the bag and found a handwritten note explaining how they made an alternative order from scratch for me, and hope that I liked it. I have a fish and peanut allergy and had no idea they made their pad see ew with fish sauce. They could have easily canceled my ordered, requested that I make another selection, or negligently prepared the order as is and sent it on its way.

Taking the time to be courteous, actually pay attention to special instructions, and hand write a personal note was TOP TIER SERVICE. Annnddddd what Chef Apple prepared tasted soooooo good! It was seasoned to perfection, was a large portion, and they did not hold back on the veggies (and the veggies were crisp and not soggy and taste as if they were grilled).

I truly appreciate this Sweet Chili Thai! You have made my day! I definitely recommend you all try this restaurant. They definitely care about their customers!...

I first want to say that I would give 5 stars because the flavors were great and the food tastes very fresh! However, I have to lower to 4 stars because the beef Numtok was overcooked, and my duck was DELICIOUS but very salty. So please still give this place a try! I hope to update my review to 5 stars in the future. We will definitely order again, because it seems from the reviews that the owner appreciates feedback and we really did love the food! Our order was made through UberEats by my husband Bryan on 04/04/23 about 30 minutes before they close. I was impressed that they did not cancel the order as many restaurants do that right before they close. Food details: This first thing I always do is taste the plain white rice. Sweet Chili's white rice is fluffy, perfectly cooked, and pure in flavor. Perfect! ☆Numtok. Overcooked (very well done and this made it tough) but flavor was nice. ⁠☆Smoked Duck in panang sauce with pineapple and vegetables. The duck was so tender, perfectly cooked, amazing flavor - but very salty! I could only eat a little at a time, even though I wanted to eat more. I know some smoked meats are salty, and I love smoked meats, but this was too much. I feel like I will still order it again sometime, though. ☆Panang Curry Chicken. Very good! No complaints! We will definitely order it again. ⁠☆Fried Rice. AMAZING!! So much flavor and even just the plain fried rice was great! It is garlicky, fresh, hot and yummy! I can't wait to have it again. We visited this place for the first time. The atmosphere was nice. The appetizers fresh basil rolls and clear vegetable soup were good. We liked the fact that they had a separate menu for vegetarians.

The service was just ok. There was no one around in the dine-in area to take additional orders after the initial order was placed. We had to go near the kitchen to place an order of veg fried rice. The veg fried rice had so many huge chunks of tomatoes that it felt like we were eating tomato rice. There was no other flavor profile except for the tomato flavor. It absolutely lacked any kind of taste or flavor. The pad kee maw looked good but again had no flavor. It was just so bland, felt like we were eating plain wide rice noodles with some veggies and tofu.

Came here to try it out as we saw some rave reviews about this place, but left disappointed. We are not coming back.

PS: Sweet chilli Thai responded saying they put 4 cherry tomatoes in fried rice, but it definitely felt like more than that and only flavor we could taste was of tomatoes.

They said they were not attentive as they were short of staff. What a joke!! We went in the afternoon for lunch, and there was literally one more table with 2 people seated there and us. That's it! There were 3 waiters hanging around!! What a lame excuse for not...
