What are you doing? Nothing much just sitting here at 5:26PM waiting on a order that I placed via the Chipotle website at 3:30PM only to find out that the dasher took my order and never delivered it to me. As I watch the tracker the delivery time keeps changing and the door dashers keep changing. From 4:04PM , to 4:15, 4:40, 4:58, 5:00, 5:26 without any notification from this location.
Finally I call to the location the automated system tried to take another order, after I screamed at her for 15 mintues that I need a manager she finally transferred the call. NO ONE ANSWERED. Then I call the back and scream NO FOOD NO DELIEVERY and he transferred the call. NO ONE ANSWERED. Finally I try the chat online to get an answer from a live agent. And guess what, that didn't work either because the order number given to me online via the doordash page that it transferred me to they had no record of it. Finally I attempted to call the location again, tell the robot NO FOOD NO DELIVERY AGAIN and FINALLY a manager answers.
AT 5:27PM "The manager" proceeds to tell me that the dasher picked up the wrong order and he was trying to make him report himself because he took the wrong order. So since I have been in customer service a majority of my life first job being McDonald's, you know how to fix issues that arise. I explained that it's not on the dasher to fix this issue because he's probably sitting somewhere eating my $35 meal but it's up to you to contact doordash since the order was placed via your site to fix the issue. And besides I've seen over 6 different drivers try to deliver this food. Need less to say after being placed on hold to fix the problem he finally told me that he just gave me order to another driver, but guess what I can't track it because it's coming up as order cancelled.
It's 5:48PM and guess what I still don't have my food!!

Read moreThis is a new store so I'm not sure whether management hasn't figured it out yet, or if they just don't care. But this store does not meet the standards we expect of the Chipotle brand. From the moment you walk in, the layout is terrible and you have to squeeze past people ordering just to get in line. The chicken and steak looked extremely dry. I went with carnitas, which also looked dry but at least edible. The server had no idea what the portion size of rice, beans, meat etc should be and was just randomly heaping stuff in the bowl. Too little rice, too much beans, meat looked OK, too little pico, etc...
Then I got to the checkout, the person on the register left the register and started assembling the next customer's order. No washing of hands. No gloves. Just money, to food prep. That customer also noticed the meat was too dry so she asked to get chicken that was being chopped on the prep table behind the server. So now the server, who should be checking me out, is instead waiting on chicken from the prep table. Meanwhile three or four other employees are grabassing over a mop bucket in the back. I left and went around the corner to the great little indy Mexican place. That's where I'll...
Read moreUgh - I’ve been waiting for this location to open and the first time going I was so disappointed. The lady’s serving up the food and the customer service was fine they were very nice, but bro I used to go to chipotles in the metro ATL area for YEARS doing a keto diet and twice this location was the worst quality food ever served out of probably a thousand times I’ve gone to Chipotle. I ordered steak during prime lunch hours and it was so over cooked it was like eating beef jerky and you could tell it was sitting around for a long time. You can’t overcook steak people. If there was a word to describe over well done it was way over well done. Train your cooks people and with it being so visibly overcooked and dry would have thought one of the servers would stop it from going out. I rarely ever complain, but it wasn’t even edible, so I go back and ask for chicken and the chicken wasn’t trimmed at all it was low quality pieces with fat all over it. Below mediocre for the quality Im used to and expect from Chipotle. I feel like they’re using lower quality meats than what they used to, not trimming the meat at all, and they’re overcooking tf out of...
