I just had a horrible experience with the staff at this Papa Johns. I was minding my own business just trying to get home and a delivery driver got right on my bumper to follow me through the gate. I don't let people do that. I opened my window and told him I wasn't letting him in, to use the callbox. He proceeded to be sarcastic and argue with me. So I rolled up the window and sat there thinking he'd eventually take a hint. Nope. It was to the point that there were people turning around behind him before he backed up.
As soon as I started through the gate he floored it and literally drove around me to get through. I yelled at him that I was calling the police. He must have heard me because he stopped and asked me what my problem was.
He was still being rude and wouldn't leave so I actually dialed the police. I had already given my address and phone number before he finally turned around to leave.
Later I called the store to leave a complaint. Terrel claimed to be the manager and cut me off as I tried to explain my reason for calling. He said he already heard all about it! I was floored. "Are you telling me you aren't going to do anything about it?" I wanted to know.
"What do you want me to do?" he replied. And then sarcastically, "You do know we have the gate code right?"
Just one customer sevice fail after another. Obnoxious driver and store "management" condones the behavior. I know its unkind to think so, but I expect this place is about the only kind of work...

When 9:30pm passed, I called the store at 9:42pm to see what was the wait. I called and a guy told me to wait another 20 minutes until the order comes! I asked for a manager and a name, he told me that he did could not tell me the name of his manager and that he was not in. I asked why I could not get a name and he said because he didnāt not feel like telling me. When I got off the phone, the food gets here and itās cold and tasted of old mushrooms. I called back and the same guy from earlier tells me that the manager was walking in. I got on the phone with Cody and began to explain the situation. I told him about the rude employee and he did not have ANYTHING to say except ā Oh Iām sorry, yeah I tell them not to give my name out.ā I was shocked because as a manager, is that all you have to say ? I proceeded to tell him how poorly the pizza was made and my wait time. He was silent, and then stated āwell sorry about that.ā It seems like to me that the entire staff of that store does not care about customer service at ALL! I will be contacting corporate. Someone needs to know that those employees...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered pizza at around 5:45pm. Our estimated time was 6:45-6:59 for delivery. It was about 6:50 and we got a text from door dash saying it was canceled. Which is weird because we ordered through papa johns website not door dash. We called and spoke to a guy who said he was waiting on a driver to come back and we should get the order in 10-15min. 20 more min go by and nothing so we called back. A very kind girl answered and said that they would remake it and that she could change it to pick up. We waited about 20 more min and went to pick it up. The guy who had answered the phone originally answered the phone came up to the Register and he was already on the defense. He said he couldnāt find our order. Then said he sent it out and asked if we got it. Then said if we really wanted it he could start it all over. I was confused thinking the food was already cooking or some made some not, I asked ā from the beginning !ā And he rolled his eyes and said ā no from half way! Yes from the beginningā as if I was Dumb! We then just asked for a refund and he acted so relieved and was like yep thatās easier! It had been 2 hours from the time we ordered. And it was just disappointing that the rude...
