Will never come back here, seek another location. My order started out online for delivery. Two watermelon mojitos. The delivery came early but the smoothies were terrible and the lime straws were missing. Very watered down and lacking the flavor that sold me on ordering from here initially. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. I decided to drive there.
Upon arrival they seemed slightly busy. A woman with and Indian accent called me up for assistance. I explain to her that this was an online order but made wrong and is watered down. She asks to see the order. I show it to her on my phone. She scrolls and asks me when the order was placed. I told her about and hour ago or so, I’m not feeling well so wasn’t moving fast hence the delivery request. She then goes to get a man, also with and Indian accent and he is already aggravated. I’m assuming they are husband and wife at this point because there is also a child following him close by. I explain the same to him and he offers to provide me with the missing lime straws. I express that I’d like them remade properly because again they are lacking flavor. He gets more upset and says okay.
There was an additional 15-20 mins of waiting for the remake and they taste the same. I think one reason is they don’t use real frozen fruit. If they did then you could taste the natural sweetness and flavor but there is none. It’s just syrup and ice. Wayyyy too much ice. There was another woman complaining that her smoothie didn’t have the right taste either. It seemed foreign to them that other locations are consistent and they aren’t. As if to suggest other locations are wrong and they are making it right. Then back peddled when questioned on the logic that this location is the only one making it right. They were both extremely rude to the other woman that had the same complaint.
She then offered to remake them but I declined and told her that maybe she is just using too much ice. Do not waste your time here. Even the apologies that the owner offered to previous customers stating the same reasoning for leaving a bad review isn’t credible based on how they behaved today. Read moreCame into dine, no greeting from anyone and there was only 1 customer sitting for his order. I seen 3 people. 2 females, and 1 male (young, slim, black hair) and none smiled and nobody could be identified because they have no name tags like I see at many other location. I was just at one in Virginia Beach this weekend and the service was FAR superior to this one (in VirginiaBeach that is). They greet you smiling, they recommend things, and even asked if I had allergies 🤧. They then said would you like to dine in with us or on the patio. They also pointed out at the Virginia Beach location their health scores. I was so impressed. I have been to many around the US, Alpharetta GA, and they used to come to my job 3x a week. Always top tier service but not here!!!! I also showed my military 🪖 ID and before I could say anything. The male at the counter (around 415p eastern time) said we don't do military!!!! I kindly said are you sure? He said yes. I said all the other locations do. I then asked if was it because it's not a corporate location and he said I don't know who owns us and said do you still want your order. I would of walked off but my guest I was treating on our lunch break was short for time. However this location is terrible compared to all the others I have dined at. Finally the employees should have asked the the lady that walked in the red dress on speakerphone cursing out someone for approximately 5mins on her phone (hey red dress thanks for sharing how much you hate your babies daddies!) Inside the lobby to leave. Why would you allow customers to have to listen to such foul language from her and the person she was talking to on the phone? Finally teach your employees to smile/greet customers, wear name tags, and most importantly know who you work for? Corporate or Franchise! Read moreEDIT: 7/1/21 there seems to be new management and the staff are back to their happy selves! I have had no issues since new people have taken over and the food/smoothies are always perfect again. Orders on time and I am so glad this place got back on track!!
PREVIOUS REVIEW: I’ve lived across from here for 3 years and have been coming here for that long at least once a week. At one point the staff was so sweet and smiling, it had a happy vibe and they always had great service. Lately I order online and go pick it up to avoid the attitudes at the register. One morning I walk in as the only customer around 10 am and the girl was sitting on her phone at the table (no issue there was no one in there) she audibly sighed, rolled her eyes and was obviously annoyed that I came in. I was polite and asked for my order. She was upset that I ordered food and didn’t want to make it. Very short with me. They never say thank you for ask if you need anything.
