The staff at Wendy's & management are very discriminating against people & towards with disabilities and I find it very it insulting with me myself having a high functioning disabilities. I didn't know it was crime now a days to bring your own cup into restaurant & get a drink . I found that out tonight with the management and the service there when I explain to them that I had my own cup I just wanted to get a drink and they harassed me for a good hour and a 1/2 explain in I would need to buy a new drink with clearly with me having a disability I don't have a ton of money but they took advantage of my situation & then they said well give you a small cup to put ice in what the hell are they not update with the real or maybe still living their own place. I just find it very discriminating & that i wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody it specially if your kid or someone in your family an adult with special needs has a disability the management & Staff is is very unkind they're very much in a word & sense bullies, I just find it horribly and Salton the people with disabilities don't have the right to go into any restaurant like Wendy's and feel safe without the in harassed by the staff or the management because they have a disability. My suggestion is there are other better places to go other than Wendy's and I would highly recommend going to them because I guarantee you people would treat you better the staff there has no education on people disability or without or how treat the public with any respect there behavior the way they act towards the people and others is very much discriminating against. And insulting. They followed me to Atlanta Bread Company ,There Business & Business Management is Disgraceful. They Should be ashamed . Shut Down Out Business Immediately...
Sarah Adams. A Very Disrespected & Highly Insulted Customer.

Read moreSo we stopped by around 6pm on July 26th for a quick and convenient bite while running errands. We placed our order at the kiosk and the food was prepared as ordered. About halfway through our meal a man came in and just had a seat without ordering food. He appeared agitated but wasn't bothering anyone so we continued to eat our meal. As we wrapped up my partner made a quick visit to the facilities and right after the man got up and confronted one of the employees. They clearly knew each other and it appeared that the man was known to other employees as well. An argument ensued and raised voices quickly escalated to shouting. Employees physically separated the pair and I stood nearby ready to call 911 or intervene if necessary. My partner spotted me from the restroom door and I signaled for her to remain there. The female employee was told to leave and eventually both the man and the woman were ushered out but not before we were asked to leave through the other door and walk around through the drive through. The couple continued to shout at each other in the parking lot and we remained until the man finally walked away to ensure nothing escalated further.
While I'm hopeful this is an isolated incident and that the pair gets the support they need, I'm also aware that the staff was largely unflappable which makes me wonder if this or similar incidents could be common.
I would've sent a follow up to corporate but I didn't receive a receipt with my meal so I opted to share...
Read moreI have been coming to this Wendy’s for a while. Since before I started working at the movie theater. A year ago. The food is good. The atmosphere is great. The customer service is terrible. Atlanta has terrible customer service in general at a high rate. The light skinned older lady that is a front cashier. She is rude and has a nasty attitude. All I did was try to ask her a question about the menu. The Hispanic manager lady. I heard her talking about customers. The chubby lady with the dreads. She is extremely disrespectful and She does it so calmly. So in my 13 years of living in Atlanta. One thing that. I have observed is that. It’s never the men workers. Who give bad customer service. It is mainly the women. Majority of them have no good customer service skills. No good communication skills, and No good people skills. I have seen how some of these women get down in this store. I used to always come on my break. When I was working at Regal. They have so much favoritism to certain customers and They pick and choose. Who they want to give good customer service to. But they know that. America in general is hooked on fast food. So they know no matter. How they treat the customers. They will always come back to their establishment. So they get away with it. I never really spoke on it back then. But since the situation was most recent. Just like a couple days ago. I thought that. I would speak on it. We have to do better. With how real customer service service should...
