I had a allergic reaction to the Cobb salad I have asked for. I specifically asked for no tomatoes and saw tomato’s on my food on 1/19/2021. I asked to have it removed and they didn’t make me a new salad they used the same one which is cross contamination. I had a delayed allergic reaction to the tomato and was seen at the urgent care 1/20/2021 and was treated for this (which I have proof). I called yesterday 1/30/2021 around 1-3 pm to speak with the manager at this location (I am at work which is far away that’s why I called) The manager who was a women was rude! I asked since it’s been several days if I can have print out a receipt of my purchase since I wasn’t given one and I have proof on my credit card that I have bought from them. She said it was not possible to do so since it had been so long, which was a lie! I asked if I can get the district manager number as well as email she said she is not able to provide that to me. So I asked her if she can write my information down so the district manager can contact me she said she will not do so and I will have to wait till Monday 02/01/2021 to speak to the manager I asked why can’t she just write or send a email to them and she said I will have to speak to them myself. I went to another location off of spring road about this concern he printed out a example of a receipt of a customer who paid cash and what they have ordered and what they specifically asked for. He said he would love to send a email but they was not in district which I understood so; I also called another store that had the same district manager and spoke to the manager on duty on 1/30/2021 in the evening her name is Ivory and she had help me! God bless her, she had sent a email to the district manager and wrote my contact information down. Now today 1/31/2021 I have went to back to the store where the incident have happened and spoke to another manager I who was a guy and explained everything to him and asked if I can have my receipt his response was and I quote “why you wait 10 days say this” - “There is nothing for us to do now since it been so long” - “I can’t print out the receipt” I told home he can print a receipt if I tell him what day and time I came. He was making the whole situation hard and the he finally tried to look for the receipt and states he can’t find it when I have the proof of purchase on my bank statement! Then tried to dumb me down by asking if I was sure this is the right store ....which made me angry. The whole point is I could’ve died! these mangers could care less about what happened to me and I go to this location all the time! Please have someone call me I am trying to avoid this to be escalated ...
Read morePlaced an inapp order which came back as ready for the next day. So in the drive thru I had to place the order all over again. No problem right? Wrong... Manager seemed to be annoyed and was in the mood to talk over me. I also was aldo attempting to use a reward which he continued to question as if I was making it up( It was clear as day in my app to see) . He then went on to tell me that I could NOT use it for what it was for. Although again CLEAR in the app...he said it could only be used on other items not the new one. Even though it stated ANY...no restrictions. He went on to yell me about it other customers,which lets be clear I didn't care about, we were talking about me. Anyway...he refunded my card. And still never filled my order with the reward. I sat waiting an finally it was discovered all he did was refund it. So we had to place it ALL over again. ...it comes time for my drink and I asked what kind of peach flavor they had. He told the cashier to tell me. The cashier proceeds to say what kind thru the glass... I said I couldn't hear him, he said with an attitude the manager asked him the flavor so that's who he was telling...( the manager who was on the speaker taking an order ) smh... So then he repeated it to me still with an attitude. Gives me the selection I wanted, and my food. My fried were cold and I asked for fresh ones. AGAIN attitude. Turns to the manager she says her fries aren't fresh aren't didn't they just make them. .... I said they are cold, my goal isn't to sit in The drive thru.. My sandwich was HOT very hot Actually, I believe they cooked the fried before the sandwich was done..viola cols fries... Anyway I handed him the box back... They returned with hit ones... I looked at them as I drove out, SAME darn Fries. they just dropped them in the grease. These fries were so greasy they were almost clear. Sooo trifling.

Read moreThe store was very nice when I picked up my order I also was picking up orders for co-workers as well and received the wrong order for myself but the right order for everyone else so I called the store on a Saturday to tell them that I got the wrong order and they tell me just call whenever you're going to come and pick up a new plate which they said they will make again for me. Well I get to work on Monday and I call over there to make sure they know who I am and that I'm coming for a remake of my order and I get hung up on then I call back and the manager was very unprofessional and rude at the same time then she hangs up on me as well then I called corporate and somehow or another I get hung up from them too so I wait a couple more hours to see if I can get someone else on the phone and they Express concerns and said that they would send a message over and that Zaxby's would call me which I don't think is going to happen but I will do a follow-up review if they are to do me right in the situation because I spent almost $10 on my own meal just for someone to get it wrong and not be able to eat that day. I work at a place that you cannot leave multiple times to go do things so it made it hard to get anything done. I guess the reason why I'm leaving this review is to hope that someone will fix the situation. If you order from this location just make sure that they got your order right before you leave just to be safe in the future...
