I really wish I could give 0 stars!!! I went in around 7 pm on Sunday 5/19. I was the only customer in the store and there were two workers. The Indian guy who was working didn’t know what he was doing or talking about. VERY RUDE and wasn’t listening to me at all. I had to keep repeating myself, which was frustrating. I got a bowl with half brown rice and half spring mix with a variety of vegetables. I asked for my bowl to be mixed, but instead of mixing, they gave me a second bowl for free. They didn’t have a large bowl to combine everything, so I had to go home and mix everything in a bigger bowl. No big deal BUT my food was inedible. My rice was SEVERLY undercooked!!! I was literally crunching on my rice. By this point, the restaurant was closed so I called the next day. I got no answer after about 5 calls. I kept calling and finally got an answer. The Indian guy from before picked up the phone. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was the manager. I explained the situation to him and asked for a refund. I still had the food and my receipt from the night before. He refused to give a refund saying that after I left the restaurant, that it was final sale. But isn’t a to go order eating at home??? I kept pushing the issue and he said that if I came to the restaurant, then he would give me a refund. I get to the restaurant and he refused a refund. I was very upset at this point so he asked what my Cashapp was so I can leave his store. I don’t have Cashapp and told him I can do Zelle. He said my Zelle wasn’t working and again refused to refund me. I finally got my refund after a lot of back and forth. No customer deserves to be treated like that and I even left a tip!!! Overall: If you want quick food, you'll get it here. However, the quickness of the items here come at the cost of quality. Some of the food options when you could see in the cold line hadn't been rotated and they pre cook the hot menu items, reducing it's quality.
Food: As I said, lacks in quality. The fish seemed to have been sitting for a while and the sauces were split. Make sure to not get any of the boba or milk tea. It was not fresh as the boba was cracked and in the refrigerator. (Good boba needs to be warm)
Service: I do appreciate that the person behind the line was working hard. But he neglected to tell me that several menu items were off the menu (such as the black milk tea) and proceeded to replace it with something different without telling me, as if I wouldn't notice or know any better. I called him out on it.
Cleanliness: The front of house was good and they had procedures to clean during this era of COVID-19. The back of house food line unfortunately was disorganized and somewhat covered in spicy tuna or wasabi. Do know, the restaurant wasn't busy. Also the trash was visibly overflowing.
Ambiance: The music was too loud to the point I couldn't order without shouting. Also the smell of the restaurant was somewhat foul.

Read moreAccidentally left my wallet here. I had 20-40 in my wallet. There was only one dollar left. When I called them the first time, the call dropped. Before it dropped, they were asking each other "What are you going to do?" The second time, the girl who was meant to talk to me answered the phone with an obvious attitude. She said there was no possible way for her to watch who went in and out of the bathrooms, also saying that "We can't be held accountable for your personal items." Nor did she give me any specifics on how or when she found the wallet. Even though, every 30 minutes, you should be checking the restroom. The lack of customer service and the attitude is appalling. You should never treat a potential customer like that, regardless of what you think of them. I will never be going back...
