Today's visit was not a good visit. I'm sorry. I usually have good food here and enjoy everything, But I cannot give a good review for the service or for the food today. The drive-thru was closed again. I think the speaker was out. And when I pulled up to the window the said They were out of sandwich buns To come inside and they will explain. Once inside the said they had no buns for any of their meats. But for all the kinds of styles of meats they make. Not just for the roast beef. And I was told that they had the long rolls so I asked for those kind of rolls for my roast beef cause I don't like the kind of bread they serve,so after I get my meal they served me my meal onthst other bread that i didnt ask for. But of course I didn't find out they messed up my whole order and my evening as well as upsetting every one else's that was eating the food I was bringing home until I got home. And to really TOP that off. I ordered the big 1/2 pound Roast Beef and each and every slice of meat was cold like it was pulled out of the fridge and laid on the bread then wrapped up so I wouldn't see what they gave me. The worse part is. I like their food. I've never had any issues before. At all. This is the first time. And probably not the last. But if they ever give me cold food again. I'm going back to that place and teaching them how to serve food HOT!!!! roast beef is best rite from the GRAVE not water. But why if I asked for the long roll not BREAD!!! DIDN'T they say. I'm sorry we don't have that either sir. I would have canceled the order and went to a supermarket and bought my own beef and made nice HOT sandwiches for myself and my guests who probably won't come to my house for dinner any more. And I can't blame them for the guests not coming back cause I should have just turned around at the outside window when he first said sorry we don't have buns come inside. Well that's enough. Read moreJust spent 45 minutes in line waiting for food only to get the WRONG food. The person who took my order was rude and had an attitude. When I finally did get to the window to pay, she had the same attitude. I had a debit card, and she would not hold the machine still so I could enter my pin number. Did not get a receipt either, but at this point I just wanted my food and to get my melting groceries home. When the person finally handed me my food and I took it she said to me "That was rude." At that point I asked her name, as she was not wearing a name tag. She looked frightened and backed away where I couldn't see her. Drove away, got home and opened my food bags, expecting a gyro, curly fries and an triple chocolate cookie, which is what I ordered. In the bag was a chicken wrap, a cheese cup, and nothing else. I know this location is short-staffed. because I was there a couple weeks ago and there was a sign on the window stating they were closing at 7PM due to having no help. At the time it was around 6:30, but they were done taking orders. Still, there is no excuse for what I went through this evening. I tried to call the restaurant to speak to a manager for over an hour, but no one will answer the phone. You will have my business no more. Read moreThis is not a review but more so a PSA, was in the store at around 12 noon on September 4 2020, witnessed a African American male bring back a sandwich which was made wrong. No harm no foul right. Where the problem came was after the mistake I presumed was corrected
and he retrieved the correct version of his order and left, It turns out the sandwich was made wrong on purpose in hopes he would get to his destination only to learn that his meal was wrong, because of the color of his skin. I learned this from the conversation tid bits of the older lady working drive through talking to the guy making the sandwich.
In conclusion Arby’s needs a complete overhaul on ethics I understand my neighbors and coworkers have their on views of the world, but their views should not effect how a business is run. The manager older slim lady seemed to be apart of the “Hate” culture in here
So beware, if you can purchase elsewhere please do so cause I hate to say it and yes it’s a strong claim to make but your order will be tampered with or made wrong on purpose do in part to the color of your skin.
