The food received 5 Stars, the service received 5 Stars, the cleanliness received 5 stars, the Highchairs received 3 Stars due to the fact that they are very small and would not fit my 20 month old son, SO, I ended up spending more time running around after him then actually getting to enjoy my food (Infact, I downed my Big Mac in less than 5 bites, which I absolutely DO NOT like to do AT ALL cuz of 2reasons, firstly beings that I made a huge mess on the floor and more importantly on not only myself and my son but my mother-in-law as well👹💣💥💥💥💥, and secondly I like to enjoy/savor-the-flavor of my Big Mac's, and the last thing that I'm putting a Star Rating to is the fact that there is NO Playland for the kids that are too big to fit the high chairs so the Playland receives .5 Stars, since there is rooms to build A Playland. And if I'm remembering correctly and I'm not mistaken Rena I was a child round 30 years ago I vaguely remember a Playland @ the McDonald's in Zip Code 15801. If so, then bring it back! If not so, then bring it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.∆¶ P.S. I would like to give a quick shout-out to the Ronald McDonald House solution when my middle child was 18 month old, he's now 9yrs. old, got a combination of croup parainfluenza and staff which ultimately swelled his throat completely shut. So to make a long story shorthe was rushed to children's hospital of Pittsburgh PA and we stayed at the Ronald McDonald House, that's conveniently attached to Children's Hospital & is "FREE" if u cannot afford other housing arrangements!!!if it wasn't for the Ronald McDonald House me and my wife would not have been able to be at our sons side in his...
Read moreThe food was great, the people working the windows...awesome. The man brining food out to the cars waiting? Rude. I was missing something from my order. Of course the doors are locked so you can't go in to tell them. I go to the window to motion to someone that I needed help. He angrily points in no general direction and walks away. Never comes to the door to even ask what was wrong. I waited a few minutes and he comes out to bring food to another car. I say I am missing something from my order. He yells at me "I told you to go to the window!!!" Ummm...no sir, you did not. I then had to cross in front of drive thru traffic and hold the line up to get the rest of my order. Of course this McDonald's is busy. So I felt awkward standing there in 20 degree weather just waiting for someone at the window to acknowledge I was there after standing for 5 minutes. Mistakes happen. I get it. They were super busy. But to be rude when we're all trying to navigate through something no one has before....uncalled for. It costs $0 to simply say in an calm tone that someone at the window would help me and not in a tone that seemed like I should just know what to do. I work in customer service as well...and could never imagine acting like that let alone still having a...
Read moreShawville hwy. McDonalds, in Clearfield, always has slow service. Always has a line both in drive thru, and inside. Every time I have went there the food was half cold food. Doesn't matter what I order, it's like they cook everything at the beginning of lunch and just try to keep it warm till the end of the night. Thanks for the rubbery chicken nuggets and cold crispy tenders.i wouldn't feed this to my dogs, but they would probably turn there backs to it instead of eat it. The Burger patties are dry and rubbery too. About the only thing they can do right is the soft drinks and milk shakes, but wait that's just the push of a button and they have it made. I guess they could forget the cup, that would be the only way they could mess those up. But leave it to them to find a different way, like forget the ice or just give you the wrong drying all together. Imagine the worst service ever, and multiply that by 100!!! What happened to people actually caring about the customer, and something else that employees dont have anymore is WORK ETHIC! WORK ETHIC! WORK ETHIC!...
