I visited this restaurant on August 23rd around 8PM. Order 1 combo, 1 kids meal and 1 other drink. I waited in this drive through for an unacceptable amount of time to only be watching the Co workers goofing off chatting amongst one another. One finally looked over at me and their jaw hit the floor. They had forgotten us! I watched the manager leave from the lobby and walk quickly towards the kitchen area. I was still ignored. Once they finally came to take my payment 20 minutes later I had asked if they could give a discount since they completely forgotten about us and I have a hungry toddler in the back. The manager Paris stated “well then I guess you better pay for their food then because I can’t give discounts” I was treated with complete disrespect. Paris told me there was a make it right card that she was going to hand to me but it blew away in the wind and said “oh there it goes.” The co workers and manager handled this entire situation as if it were a joke. They laughed and treated me as if it was MY fault they had forgotten. I HIGHLY suggest avoiding this place. Once I paid Paris handed me my card, the receipt smile and said “you can tell my boss whatever you like” then shut the window laughing. This was disgusting behavior...
Read moreAs a restaurant owner who hires customer service employees in the food service industry, I can say Jayden had zero customer service skills taking my order, and should not be working in food service or with any public for that matter. Super rude while taking my order, as if I was a bother to be ordering food in his drive thru window (I had a small simple order of 1 single meal, no modifications to it.) Then at the window waiting for my food, same attitude but then laced with multiple F bombs loudly while the window was wide open while he was filling my drink while my young kids are in the car and could hear him. I've never had that experience anywhere with an employee just dropping F bombs like nothing in front of a customer. I was polite from the jump even after I sensed his attitude, said thank you when he handed me my food and he rolled his eyes and didn't say anything back. Zero courtesy whatsoever. This person should not be working in customer service. My family frequents this location since we live nearby, but after our experience, we won't be coming back. I encourage the general manager to revamp and retrain your staff. I'd rather drive out of my way to another location if I want...
Read moreMy wife and I visited Arby's yesterday afternoon to have the new burger. We ordered at the counter and then waited. While waiting I made the following observations:
At least 7 employees were milling about. Three filling orders and the others walking in and out of the store or visiting the bathroom or sitting in the customer dining area studying their cell phone. Very, very weird.
The appearance of several employees was slovenly: dirty, stringy hair, tatoos, ear and grotesque nose piercings.
I requested an employee look at the drink dispenser, because it was filthy. The north side of the machine was caked with dried syrup and dirt. He did and agreed that it needed to be cleaned. He did not clean it; nor did anyone else during our 20 minute visit.
The condiment dispenser was caked with dried ketchup. It appeared to not have been cleaned in days.
The were no napkins in the napkin dispensers.
The was trash on the floor and most tables had not been cleaned.
The place was disgusting.
We will never return to that Arby's.
The Health Department, if informed, would inspect and cite that particular Arby's for sundry health...
