My 1st time at a Utah Club, growing up in Tampa Bay automatically gives me insight to clubs, just a fact.
I had fun with my friends dancing to a few songs, that's it.
The music, brought back memories of boring wedding receptions I was forced to attend in the 90's & 00's. The DJ literally picked some of the worst pop songs from those decades .... if your staff isn't feeling it while at work and not having fun, what do you think your customers response will be. Drunk people will dance to anything, doesn't make the music choices right at all if the rest of the place is standing around.
The service was non existent at the bar, a female tender refused me service, but anyone that walked up was helped immediately.... clearly this is because I was not a local. Then, I experienced at the other bar, and watched as clearly "regulars" had control of both bartenders.
The entire vibe of the place changed the later it got, not in a good way. Thuggish ruggish isn't appealing to the customers actually spending real money and having fun, instead of allowing them to make anyone not with their crew, feel out of place. But, bravo, they certainly accomplished that.
By encouraging this type of crowd, will ensure the closer if this club in the future.
Change your DJ, your bartenders and you might be popular for other reasons and walking around with a bigger wallet.
2nd Club I attended last weekend, was on fire! The bartenders were on point, having fun with guests, the live music had the whole place singing, dancing, laughing .... Club was packed full and everyone literally having the time of their lives and spending that...

When getting there he reserved tables on the far east side of the establishment kind of on the little step up stage area. That was cool and gave you a little elevated view of the place. As long as you didn't want to consume beverages that would have been fine. There were no waitresses that came up that way but one the 3 little bars were not very far away. Here is where the poor experience happens. You literally wait patiently for 30-45 mins to get to be served. (no exaggeration at all) I made the mistake of leaving my tab open especially since our side was the first to be asked to leave they are closing it down. The bartenders were gone already and I asked an employee where my card might be they went and found one of the two bartenders that were there, not the one I gave my card to but she was a cute blond for a moment prior to being very ugly. I simply asked her is my card here or do I need to call and cancel it? Her reply and I quote was "I will check, why would you go and say an a$$hole thing like that. Needless to say I was taken back. She found my card tucked in the register and was happy to be on my way out the door. In a service industry this place is unfortunately lacking severely. Best of luck with your...
Read moreSo we have been here a few times to dance and meet up with friends and the service has been well OK at best. Last night we came to dance, meet up with friends and have a bite to eat. We arrived and after finding a table sat for a good 15-20 min waiting to order drinks. Several servers walked by and didn’t even acknowledge us. Finally husband went up to the bar to order drinks himself. About 5 min after that a server shows up and introduces herself and asked us what we would like……we pointed out the obvious that we had gotten our own drinks but that we were going to order food when our friends arrived shorter. Our people arrived and they had to go to the bar to get drinks as well. Finally said server returned and took our food order. Great right? WRONG! After waiting for over an hour and already asking where our food was, she kept telling us she was Checking on it. Finally she says oh sorry we are out of everything we ordered and that unfortunately for us the kitchen was closed for the night and she said it wasn’t her fault. YES girl It was your fault for not getting on the kitchen staff for whatever cluster F was going on back there. We paid our bar tab and left. Moral is go to dance, order drinks at the bar and forget and forgot about ordering food there. Eat dinner before you go somewhere else. Really...
