Was suggested by 2 others I come here since I was looking for decently priced and quality patio furniture. Had no idea what to expect about the store.. got there and was amazed by all the stuff and different categories for your home they had there. If your looking to decorate your home, I'd stop by here first. It was like Ikea(typically smaller furniture) + bed bath & beyond + (a good organization storage store) + floral/picture/wall decorations & lots and lots of mirrors. I loved that a lot of their stuff isn't just a lot of two styles. There were many different types of mirrors, or wall art, or night stands, dressers, pic frames, lamps, fake plants, bedding ..etc. Course you'll see a couple that are the same incase people wanted more of that item, but it didn't feel like say Walmart where u get 1 or 2 options. I swear there must have been nearly 5 ROWS of couch pillow cousins! I know where I'm going if I need any in the future. In a variety of different colors. I spent more time in there than I expected just looking at all their stuff. Oh.. discovering the drawer organizers was awesome I should have got more. There were organizers for makeup, bathroom, kitchen, clothes, shoes, bins, cloth bins, wicker benches with storage, leather benches.. man list goes on. Storage is kinda what stuck out for me to as my new place has zero storage so I gotta get my creative juices going and find functionality and storage in little space.
They had full length mirror with a sturdy wood, that has grained look that I liked. I think it was like $90? Big mirrors like that are usually pretty expensive.
One thing I would say I was disappointed in was not having more shelving to mount on the wall. What I did see was pretty standard stuff not impressed, but they may have been working on that isle as it was the only one in the store that wasn't neat and in order.
And a second fairly bad disappointment was I never once saw an associate out on the floor, except towards the end of my visit, and I was there for like 3-4 hours. Which was kinda bad in particularly today, as I was feeling suddenly ill like I was going to pass out.. probably low blood sugar in combo with other heath problems, and needed help. Had to walk all the way from the back of the store up to the front (it's pretty big on the inside, and feels like miles when your not feeling well) to get the help I needed. They were very polite, and courteous the two times I talked with an associate though. I'm going to chalk it up to a couple people called in today and hope my next experience I can get help if it were a real emergency. :)
Overall..the place itself was awesome, I loved it....

I will NEVER return to this location. The manager (I'm assuming) was incredibly rude about a return I was doing. The gentleman on the phone the previous day told me I was okay to come in for store credit due to not having the receipt or original packaging. But because I was a perks member and it was well within the 90 day return I could do store credit. Which was totally fine by me. She not only tried to refund the wrong item for half the price I spent but then told me I was lucky to be getting a return because this isn't allowed. I then proceeded to go find the item I purchased to prove the price I spent. Which she then said because the pet fur on the bottom she couldn't even resell the item I was told on the phone the previous day I could bring the items back and get store credit. I wouldn't have wasted my gas (coming from bluffdale) for half the cost of the item. She was incredibly unprofessional with the cashier that was originally helping me (who was clearly in training) she belittled her the entire time on how she was doing so much the wrong way. To the point I was uncomfortable and felt horrible for this girl. I did after 35min get my full refund as store credit, but it feels like at the expense of me having to stand my ground and push for it, which made me uncomfortable and also at the expense of the poor girl training. I felt so bad for her and how she was being spoken to. I am disappointed because I just discovered this store, and was so excited. We just purchased a new home and this place seemed like a one stop shop for things I wanted to get for our home. I will return to a different location to use the gift card and more than likely be done with this store. To make your customers feel so uncomfortable for multiple reasons and to be spoken to like a child... it was so...
Read moreMy wife's experience was not very good. She had a hip replacement a couple weeks ago. She came into the store today on crutches and went to the cashier to pay. Noticing that she left her wallet in the card, she asked the cashier if she could leave the items at the checkout stand while she went back to the vehicle to retrieve her wallet. The cashier said 'no' - it's against policy. This would force my wife who had one good leg and was on crutches to pack her items back to the shelf, go to the car and again retrieve the items to pay. My wife questioned this a couple times but the response continued to be 'no', each time a little more condescending that the previous. My wife later talked to the manager who seemed less that concerned about the incident but did acknowledge they have no such policy.
Just wanted to express our displeasure about the experience with this store. We won't be back and will encourage others not...
