Oh La La — Restaurant in Sandy

Rose, the owner, was incredibly rude to me. I’m surprised by all the 5 star reviews. I’ve eaten here before and thought it was overpriced and mid, but it didn’t prompt me to leave a review. This is actually about the RV parked there that she was trying to sell. I was looking at it literally ready to buy but had a few more questions about why she doesn’t have a title. Scammers will typically sell for really cheap and just give you a bill of sale. That’s exactly what was happening here. I called and had questions and she literally called me stupid. I was dumbfounded and silent for a second totally caught off guard because it was toward the beginning of the conversation and I didn’t know if I heard her correctly. I was like wait are you serious? She said I was wasting her time then hung up on me. Maybe she was having a bad day or there was something language-barrier-related, but it’s hard for me to believe she doesn’t treat people like that regularly. Can’t support a business run by a person like that. Completely disgusted. Do better, Rose.

Regarding the Mexican food at the same stand in the evening, incredible. Different business, different person, same location. I’ll support him. He’s nice. But Rose...

I must say… Rose you are such a beautiful soul, in this world… you are truly a beautiful light. You took your time to make sure that we were understood and appreciated, you made sure you got my drink as correct as possible. I ordered a hazelnut (hazelnut spread instead of syrup) latte with oat milk, whip cream, honey drizzle, and it was around 5$-6$ for a beautiful size, very natural and pleasant as I asked for. The customer service was enough to make me to come back just to say hello to rose. P.S we also departed with a free chocolate chip cookie. Wanted to support local and try a new place but was sadly disappointed. Writing this in hopes it can help the business. The staff was not ready to work when I arrived but quickly came into the building to help. Staff didn’t understand my order and I took 10 minutes to get 1 coffee which he proceeded to ask me to try to make sure it was okay. It wasn’t but I already waited 10 minutes and was going to be late to work. It tastes like something I would get from a gas station and not at all like my order, almond milk latte with honey and cinnamon.
