OMG this little cart is the very best taco place in the entire state of Utah. The meat is always so tender & flavorful and cooked to perfection. The cooler with toppings and sauces is filled to the brim with limes, pico, cilantro, onions, sour cream, cabbage, cheese, pickled veggies, and more. Her green sauce is my absolute fave. You can get them wrapped up to go, or sit on the lawn or curb and scarf down your plate. We first had these tacos & a quesadilla while at a local pumpkin patch and my little girl has been asking for them ever since! Holy Mexican cow... Their salsa is amazing!... They have three kinds... a green tomatillo that is mold with an amazing flavor, a red Dallas that is really good and pretty spicy, and an orange that is the spiciest and tastes SO GOOD... I would but bottles of her salsa for $8-$10. Everything is good here... Definitely worth the travel... and there is frequently lines of 20 people by noon... so show up about 11:30am if you don't...
