Majestic Rockies Motel — Hotel in Sandy

I was visiting a few months ago, and was checking out of one hotel and moving to this one. I only had trax as a form of transportation, and luckily it isnt too far from a trax station. Thats exactly where the good things about this motel end. Me and my girlfriend walked into whats supposed to be the lobby (It was very messy and looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in years), and stood there for literally 45 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. The door into the back room was cracked a bit, and we could hear talking. It may have been a tv, but I honestly doubt it. There was a number to call if no one was at the front desk, which we called multiple times with no response. As we left, and had to make the trip back to trax (Which somehow doesn't feel as close the second time around with all our heavy luggage), I decided to call again to leave a voicemail, and what do you know? Someone answered. We weren't too far from the place by this point, but it was obvious for whatever reason they didn't want us there. I assume they had overbooked, and so rather than letting us know, they let us sit there for 45 minutes. Don't waste your time. I am so resentful towards this hell hole, im in the middle of searching for an apartment slash place to live and am 24 years old with no family nor any one that i know up here in utah. The quality of service of this hospitality truly requires desperatism and i dont even know what. My parents are kind enough to help me with a room till i find a place and paid these bastards over $350 for a janky room that was supposed to cover a week. These people kicked me out for no justifiable reason before even 5 nights of staying there. The room i paid that much for had no microwave only a small tiny fridge and NEVER to my awareness had any cleaning or stocking of typical items that a motel room needs. I have stayed here before and it was improved and fairly nice. I wanted to stay longer and I didn't so because of a room they switched me to was completely unacceptable. The bed was old springs were felt in mattress. I know I couldn't handle a week in this room and when wanting to move was treated with hostility and refunded. I think these woman who run this place are rude as I just had a door slammed on me after being told they're was vacancy.
