Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Sandy

I went to this new Jersey Mike’s, because we love Jersey Mike’s. When I arrive several people standing around waiting to order sandwiches, there was a girl talking on the phone, Taking phone orders, the guy making the sandwiches didn’t seem to know what he was doing, and the guy cutting the meat I guess might’ve been the manager he ignored me and then he finally knowledge me. He said something to me I said what he pulled his mask down he said something to me again I couldn’t hear him because they had the music turned up so loud in there, I said you don’t seem to be as organized as the other jersey mikes. He went and turn down the music and then told me I could go to the other Jersey Mike’s. I can tell they had a bunch of orders lined up but not enough help, but I didn’t deserve his rude delivery. Who ever is Managing this place needs to get...

The energy at this spot is built in but I have yet to meet a single staff member I didn’t love… the sandwiches sell themselves but between the big kahuna and the number 8 Club sub these guys officially at my favorite sandwich spot and I’m a guy who loves sandwiches over nearly all other food types. Eric rang me out and was fabulous start to finish with a happy attitude that showed in both his demeanor and his enormous smile, Theo cut the meat and was a sweetheart and Tyler cooked up a stellar philly cheese steak… as this isn’t my first time nor will it be my last Mike is worth mentioning as well as he has served me a number of times with a smile and fun attitude. Thank you Jersey mike and an even bigger thank you to the brilliant happy staff. You’ve won me over for life

I love Jersey Mikes. It's spendy so I save it for those times I'm celebrating something or having a crap day. This JM is usually awesome... In the lunch hours. That being said, I had really bad service here this evening. Ordered via the app at 540p. Arrived at 555p. Order not ready. Fair enough. Two customers had orders of 4 or 5 sandwiches each. However, as I sat and waited I observed 3 employees, 1 on hot sandwich duty, 1 on register and other stuff, and 1 assigned to sandwiches. All were polite, but in the 20 minutes after, I observed sandwich man. He talked endlessly, disappeared intermittently, and made zero sandwiches in 20 minutes. Customers with other mobile (hot) sandwiches came and went. My 2 cold ones didnt get started until I asked for my money back.
