I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and NO ketchup, because I am very allergic to tomatoes. My friend ordered a triple cheeseburger with no onions, because he hates onions. My order was 907. They called out 907, so I went to get my order. When we opened the bag, there was a quarter pounder with cheese, extra onions, extra pickles, and mayonnaise??? My friend’s burger had onions up the wazoo. When I took my burger back, they took another 7 minutes to get my burger right, and even then it looked like it had just been slapped together, and the bun was horribly dry. By the time I actually got my food, my fries were cold, because of how long they took to get everything right. The customer service was absolutely horrible. There was not a single apology, and it took forever to get someone’s attention. The lady whose attention I was finally able to get in order to fix my burger didn’t believe me that my receipt that I had IN HAND was actually my receipt. The floors and tables are filthy. There’s coffee and soda stains all over the ground and trash sitting outside the trash can. There’s also literally ketchup inside one of the light housings above the table I ate at. Read moreUpdate Received a call from customer service apologizing and making restaurant aware of the experience. They were very kind and willing to send some coupons in the mail (which isn’t necessary, but appreciated).
Horrible experience for lunch, actually did not even eat lunch cause we did not get our food. Went into the restaurant for a little later lunch so it was not that busy. First, tried to use a deal from the app and every single one would not work which was a bummer but whatever. I ordered with the cashier a spicy chicken sandwich, large fries, and 6 chicken nuggets. Relatively simple, small order, at least I thought. I waited 30 mins and it still was not ready. My kids started getting fussy and I was tired of waiting (multiple other customers also could not find their orders too) so I went to get a refund. Almost none of the cashiers knew how to do it, and then they ended up refunding me the incorrect amount. So I still ended up paying for food I did not even get. It is unbelievable the mistakes that are made here. I asked for a medium water with no ice. Simple. I mean, it’s water! I pulled up and was given a small water with ice. Next time I asked for a medium water with no ice and made sure with the people at the window that they got it right, pulled up, and I got a small water with no ice. THIRD TIME, I again emphasized at the window that I wanted a medium water with no ice, and you wouldn’t believe what they gave me! A medium cup FULL OF ICE. And when I try to correct the situation with the ladies at the window, we both have a hard time understanding each other due to a langauge barrier.
Aside from that, I’d always ask for a blueberry muffin or apple pie in the morning, and they’d always give me a nasty apple FRITTER.
