I just came into this mcdonalds with my wife and two children and personally witnessed which I believe is the owner/Manager directly tell his employees to watch/Supervise two customers which appear to be homeless or simply struggling to keep a close eye on them to make sure that they are not using drugs or hanging out too long in the restaurant and then I witnessed him then follow one of the customers to the restroom and so I entered the restroom as well and personally watched this manager stand in the restroom and just the Man use the toilet stall to use the bathroom. This manager did not use the restroom at all but stood there as if he was a guard over this gentleman that was using the restroom. The gentlemen used the bathroom for around aproximantly 5 to 6 mins and during this time the manager stood there to supervise the Man while using the restroom. What kind of a restaurant is this that management has to stand guard over someone using a restroom. Why on earth judge someone simply because they are struggling and watch over them as if they are some sort of criminal. The man did absolute5nothing wrong that I could tell and was very respectful to the other workers at this establishment and was also on a first name bases with workers as I can tell the gentlemen is a well liked individual but my biggest concern is what kind of an example does this look like to children that are coming to a family environment that they are being taught by a manager or owner thats judging people and following them around while using a restroom is completely unacceptable and i will surely be giving their corporate headquarters a phone call in regards to this. In the meantime i would highly suggest to anyone planning on visiting this location to either be prepared to be judged and possibly escorted to the restroom while managment/Owner stands sentry over the toilet stall while you use the restroom. I am going to be sure that I notify all of my friends and family to simply stay away from this location and i will be sure to make the public aware of this restaurant via the news and radio as I have friends in the media because we don't need our children going to a family place like this being taught to grow up and treat other human beings like this. This McDonald's is by far the worst one I have ever been to in the...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered 20 nuggets, a mcflurry and a sundae through the drive thru. We paid and went up to the second window and they came up to us saying the payment only partially went through so he gave them the card again to try. They took like 5 minutes to run the payment a second time (it did go through), and in the mean time a male worker handed us the mcflurry and the nuggets but not the sundae(he’s holding the sundae). when we get our card back we ask the girl where our sundae is and she says she will check on it, she asks the same male employee if he gave us the sundae in Spanish and he says yes he gave it to us, she tells him we said we didn’t get it yet and he proceeds to lean out the window to look into our car and keeps insisting he gave us the sundae with a bad attitude, he proceeds to call us liars in spanish and saying we got everything. i am watching this whole conversation happen and i finally after 5 more minutes interrupt and I say in Spanish that we never got the sundae. The workers suddenly went very wide eyed when they realized I understood their entire conversation. The male then tells everyone that they can check the cameras because he gave us the sundae and is saying we are liars. I interrupt them again and say I saw the male worker put my sundae down somewhere around the window, the female worker looks behind the male and says “it’s right there!!” the male worker then freezes and refuses to look at us and won’t hand us the ice cream and is rolling his eyes and giving us attitude. Finally my boyfriend is upset and asks if they can just hand us the sundae because this is ridiculous and the male worker hands it to us while huffing and puffing. I was in shock and should’ve asked for a manager but I had never been treated that way before. They insulted us to our faces but thought it was fine because they assume we cannot understand them....
Read moreThis is the most mediocre McDonalds location I've been to in my entire life! For starters, they messed up my order on various ways, when I told a worker about it he did not even look at me and just gave me the missing item in the most rude and uncaring manner, Secondly, they were gonna close in like 10 minutes, they rudely kicked us out when there were a few minutes left. After that I was already angry at this experience, the manner in which they treated their clients was straight out disrespectful, after this I sadly realized I was missing yet ANOTHER item, and I tried going back, since they were still some workers there, I knocked on the door, 4 workers saw me and immediately began looking at the floor or ceiling to ignore me... my friend as well was concerned they might have forgotten their phone there, and they were ignored as well. I'm never going back to this location, the food doesn't even make it worth it, me and my friend ordered different burgers, they asked for mustard and to remove the cheese, they did that yes.. but to my burger, hers still had cheese and no mustard to be seen, mine had that tweaked, but still had the cheese, so not only did they mess that up, they didn't even mess it up properly. It's pathetic and enraging. Lastly the environment was very eerie, almost creepy, bad vibes all over, unwelcoming and very unfriendly. Tomorrow I'll try to go there and get a refund for the missing item, or get it, however I have no expectations, and I'm unexcited to go back. I wish I could give it a...
