New Year’s Eve I ordered a large pepperoni pizza a marble brownie & 14 Wings online order came to $41 & change & was made wrong there was no pepperoni on my pizza & my brownie was hard & cold I called back about 3/4 times & no answer so being that I had children who were hungry I just said screw it & let them eat but being that it was NYE after we got into the festivities calling back & complaining slipped my mind fast forward to today (Thursday jan 3rd) My bf reminded me to call about the order called & spoke with a gentleman who said he was a manager & told him the situation & told him I called back a few times with no answer but I understood being it was New Year’s Eve & they were probably busy he agreed & said yeah we were slammed that night! He then put me on the phone with the Gm who had worked that night Shane Ryan who was extremely rude and not understanding at all & told me there was nothing he could do because of it not being the same day he told me all he could tell me was to go online and write a review ! Iam very displeased with the outcome being that I spent almost $50 for the order to be made wrong & nothing be done about it he also stated that I never called back & that every call was answered that night I told him well why wasn’t mine ? Even the gentleman I was on the phone with before you stated you guys were slammed that night thenhe said that he did not see it in the phone records . He also asked if I wanted him to printout a copy of it so I could see & I said yes please do you can send it to this number or I will be more than happy to give you my email then he stated well I’m not supposed to be sharing private info with customers ! But what was private ? Plus you were the one that asked if I wanted to see it ! I told him he was full of bs & I’ve never heard of anything like that he told me I could come in the store if I wanted but I shouldn’t have to go to that extent it should’ve been taken care of over the phone iam very disappointed with his representation of dominoes & I will be contacting corporate & I will be calling corporate & reporting this...

Mine happened on June 24th. I logged a Complaint Case with Dominos Corporate Office - CASE ID #7200789. No one has gotten back with me or emailed either!! Horrible Customer Service! Also, Horrible Manager Eric at this location on Airport Blvd in Sanford FL! I ordered a New Yorker Pizza at 8:00 pm and didn't get it till 10:00 pm. It was cold and burnt like it sat under a burner. I watched the delivery driver take over 8 LONG stops on the Dominos GPS. Eric said that there was only 2 deliveries...LIAR! Eric then told me that he would make another pizza for me...REALLY! Not a chance! I told him that I wanted a refund! He said he would. A week went by and I didn't see the refund of $20.91 in my checking account. I called Eric back and he told me he forgot all about it...WOW!! And this guy is a Manager??? I'm a Manager at my job and if I did that I would be Fired!! It's really SAD that Dominos hires such Horrible workers! Let alone does not answer the CASE Complaint that I entered on this Manager and Location! My recommendation is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!! The Dominos in Lake Mary is a Better Location! Stay away from this one, especially ERIC...
   Read moreI ordered 2 Pizzas, a Pasta dish and some Brownies at 9:29 PM 2/16/2021. Both Pizzas and the Pasta we ordered were dried out and I could barely see or taste the sauce on any of the 3 items. The cheese on the cheese Pizza was brown. We went a head and ate our meal since so late and we had brunt our meal we prepared earlier. The next day we thought about how we spent $50.00 on such low quality food that was barely edible. So I called Dominoes to tell them about our experience expecting to be offered at the very least a coupon or a free Pizza. But the manager or the person that was put the phone with me refused to offer me any compensation or even an apology. He said they don't offer discounts or refunds on orders made the previous day. So I'm writing this review to let customers know not only how bad their food was but also how little they regard their reputation and their customers. I will never order Pizza from any Dominos ever again and recommend others not to throw their money away on bad horrible quality food and a franchise that has no regards for their customers and how much $50.00 is actually worth to some of us and hard it...
